The rooms and bathroom are too small and congested for 4 members. Food was very good.

Service is very good and staff are very attentive...although sometimes you B also need to let the guest be on their own and not ask them again and again if the food and drink are good...

Beautifully appointed, spacious room with a very good desk to work from and a classy but modern feel. The interior architecture of the hotel itself is a very appealing design. The staff were all very helpful.

We have stayed here many times and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars. The managers and the service is absolutely horrendous! The managers are rude and unresponsive. Not to mention unprofessional!

Conveniently located in the business district. Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan. Our room is very clean and comfortable with mini bar and all essentials well stocked. Housekeeping Rohan (also named Rohan) did a good job. Breakfast at 022 is great with a wide selection of cold and hot food. Most importantly the staffs are the greatest I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed. Special thanks to Yash, Shivank and Ra. Always greeting us with a warm smile and seeing to all our needs. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you for the birthday cake. We love the service so much that we even have several of our dinner there. Love the cakes here; they absolutely delicious. Still thinking of them even though we are back home now. Overall this is a wonderful hotel to stay. We love the service so much that we decided to stay for another week instead of shifting to another hotel for the remaining of our trip which was our original intention. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Mumbai.
