Bathroom sink plugged up. Furniture was worn so that sharp wire protruded from edges. Staff and managers were very responsive and helpful. Changed rooms for us.

My husband and I did a staycation for our Anniversary in National Harbor. The Westin was a very beautiful hotel, reasonably priced and with a great view. Everything about the room was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel. Great view. Great food. Friendly service. The list goes on and on. Definitely recommend staying at the Westin. All of the accommodations all in one place.

Basic necessities like drinking cups, soap , coffee were skimpy.
Receptions cold and not very helpful-no orintation on location of facilities-Eat in room service-terrible- My wife is wheel bound and we were not assigned a room with grab bars in the bathroom--my wife was celebrating her 92 nd Birthday and the front desk indicated that a birthday greeting could not be put on the TV in our room Overall experince--would not use the hotel again nor refer it to friends Bob Council

The location is perfect. Walking distance to all restaurants.also 5 minutes drive to the MGM casino and the Tanger outlets. The only drawback is the valet parking $55 a night. I recommend the local parking lot up the street $24 a night.

We were able to check in early which was nice. The bathroom could use a good mopping otherwise the room was fine. Very comfy beds. The lobby did have a very strong perfumy smell that was very off putting

The stay at The Westin was extremely relaxing. From arrival to exit it was phenomenal. The customer service was the same (phenomenal). I will definitely be staying again.

The bed was very comfortable and I love the smell of the lobby however, there are no microwaves in the rooms and the refrigerator took 24 hours to cool. This could have created an issue for my mate who has dietary restrictions and has to travel with meals. The 1 microwave on each floor is tiny & in need of repair. This hotel has no pool.

I’ve stayed here multiple times but just an overnight stay to sleep so don’t get to explore much. Every time I enjoy the stay and the staff is very polite.

This is the best smelling hotel that I have ever been to. The staff there was extremely helpful and polite. Our rooms were immaculate. Needless to say, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel needs work. The furniture in the lobby is literally tattered.
The carpet in the hallways is very unsafe! It is raised and warped and also has a pattern to it. Very huge fall hazard. This runs the entire length of the hallway. How can this not have been addressed? It clearly did not happen overnight.
Our shower flooded the bathroom, also a fall hazard.
Do not stay here if you have any type of mobility issues.
It’s old. It needs work. The towels are scratchy and need replacing. Bathroom door was stuck.
We regret this choice of hotel.
The benefit is the location. Garage parking is more than 50% less than valet and a very short walk.

very friendly and great eateries were all within walking distance. I had a great time celebrating my Birthday.
