This hotel is grossly overpriced. The hotel is glitchy and definitely caters to gamblers. The hotel has hidden charges and is definitely not worth the cost.

Nice room, great place for concert or casino, but isolated (at least for walking) and large Vegas style hotel.

Excellent experience beautiful hotel, friendly professional staff from the front desk to valet parking. This was our 3rd stay here for Anniversary trip. WONDERFUL TIME!

Wheelchair accessible room was AWESOME and very practical to my needs. The only thing that sucked was the water temperature and pressure in the bathroom.

Disappointed the pool was outside which meant it was closed. 25.oo extra fee at end was unexpected on top of expensive room rate

Overall hotel wasn't terrible. The room for what it cost was not worth it at all. Bathroom sink had mold in it, water closet had no fan or ac, and room A/C was not working well. Room was very hot and humid even after maintenence "fixed" it. Sleep was very hard to come by. Very disappointed.

The property overall is nice and had great options for dining and entertainment. This property charges resort fees but i truly wish that the pool area was a reflection of the "resort" indicator. Do not expect a resort type pool at this property. The rooms are nice and comfy and the hotel is conveniently located within the city but I expected just a little more from an MGM property. The staff was great and everyone was friendly and helpful! I would definitely book another stay at the property, I just now have a better guage of expectations vs reality for this MGM location.

The room was entire too small for the price. It was like a fish bowl. The room did not meet my expectations.

When checking in they failed to tell you if you move the items in the refrigerator and/or bar you will be charged within 60 seconds of moving it, even though you didn't eat or drink anything. This place is nice but expensive. I was making room for my water but once the pamphlet was read we put things back in place. I was told I could of rent the refrigerator for $35 for a day.

There was a murder while we were there

I booked the MGM as a weekend get away for my wife and I. We were also attending a concert in their theater. The grounds and the facility was as amazing as we expected. The staff at this hotel is top notch!! The bad in this review is all about the cleanliness and 1st impressions of our room. The bathroom still had trash in the waste basket and the shower had dirty towels on the floor!! This almost ruined our special weekend, but the housekeeping manager was so AWESOME in how this situation was handled that we had to give the staff kudos!!! The staff at the MGM National Harbor makes it worth while!! This place is way too expensive to give such bad 1st impressions!!

Great hotel room. Only issue is that you have to request a mini fridge since the one that they have is preloaded and has sensors. If you touch anything, it charges your room automatically. If you have your own drinks or leftover food, you can put it in there.
