Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel was beautiful, staff were nice , friendly, and helpful.

The price was kinda expensive for noting to be included, the pool wasn’t what I was expecting.

This high corner room was spacious, quiet, peaceful, and just plain lovely. Overall view was amazing, room was always very clean, loved the bath and shower stall, bed was nice and cozy (I usually like more pillows) and the small desk space was perfect my computer setup. I do hope Despenza events continue at your hotel.

I did want an extra blanket on the sofa when watching the TV, upgrade the coffee machine (I drink a lot of coffee), food choices for room delivery were somewhat limited.

I love the hotel and the on-site club and restaurant. The hotel is beautiful rooms are comfortable. Staff for the most part are very friendly.

I called guest services asking the young lady how to locate c the menu for room service at 3am. So she walks me through it twice but didn't mention room service was close! At the price, the gaylord should have 24 room service ! Like a set menu. The young man who checked me in was very informative and courteous. Didn't use calet because it was full but the valet guy a sweet heart and very informative.

The Property was EXCELLENT

It’s wasn’t the property, it was the night shift employees, my husband is a VETERAN, we caught Gaylord Bus to MGM, we came out to caught the bus back to Gaylord, we wait 1hr 1/2, an there was no bus, we call back to Gaylord they put us on hold for 10 minutes never came back on the phone, 1 the employees @ MGM, help me to download Urber so they could come an pick us up, an now my husband is sick from being outside last night for 1 hr 1/2, cause they said the bus was coming an there was no bus, we have talk to the bank to stop payment to Gaylord, they didn’t apologize or anything they laugh at me an my husband when we walk away. They really hurt my husband feeling, 😔

The king-size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The shower was most exhilarating. Parking cost was outrageous, especially for outdoor parking.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel on the harbor. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Mr. Shields checked us in and displayed such professionalism. The rooms were nice and clean. Self parking garage well maintained.

My only dislike was the air conditioning vent was over the bed which made the air blow on your head.

The grounds are nice and walking distance to shops and eateries. The Harbor is in walking distance, and the Capital Wheel is also a nice touch.

The lounge / rooftop club was closed the entire holiday weekend, leaving little entertainment on site.

The rooms being in the same venue as the convention was really handy. Rooms themselves were fine

SO much. The market food was TERRIBLE. Mouldy salad, mango too hard you couldn't bite it. Nothing was open to buy - do you not eat breakfast or lunch? Why on earth does nothing open until 4pm? As if our days at the convention weren't long enough but to do them without food was so bad. Even in the surrounding area 90% of things are closed. You're only real option is to Uber Eats in everything which vastly ruins the experience.

Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable.

We were upgraded due to being Marriott members and our 7th floor king room overlooked the atrium and we had a great view of the harbor as well. We were given a bottle of champagne and a few snacks upon check-in.

The toilet paper & tissues were very poor quality (very thin and not super soft or durable). I definitely didn’t expect a resort of that caliber to use the cheapest toilet paper & tissues on the market. The toilet/shower room was too small. I don’t like squeezing around the toilet to get into the shower. My leg touched the toilet and that grossed me out. Upon booking the room, the site asked if there were any accommodations/special requests they could assist with. I wrote in this section that my husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and would it be possible to make the room look special with rose petals, a bottle of champagne and maybe a note of congratulations. Not only were none of these special requests met, but when I asked about it upon checking in (as I wanted to surprise my husband), the gentleman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. He ended up giving us a bottle of champagne, but it would’ve been nice if it was already in the room.

There was no luggage carriers on-site. No remote wheel chairs available, no available staff to direct you to the appropriate floors A,B, C wasnt helpful we were lost Entire stay trying to figure out what side was our room etc. there were 3 large events Wedding, Rwanda Events

The lack of cleanliness throughout the facility. Trash, paper in various areas. The trash can outside the resort were full/overflowing when we arrived the first night. Kids running thoughout the facility. We had dinner at the Old Hickory which was nice, but after dinner my husband and I went to have drinks after dinner in the lounge at the Old Hickory and there were a bunch of kids with no adults around in there playing, pillow fighting and yelling in there. We had to report this to the manager and he had to go get their parents. I felt like I was at a Disney resort.

The activities there were amazing. Always something to do. We ate at Old Hickory and had an exceptional meal. The room was comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle really helped with getting around and not having to drive.

The traffic getting out of the hotel on Saturday was extremely busy. It took awhile. Other than that, what’s not to love. Everything else was great.

It was beautiful!! The staff was excellent. All the staff was committed to their jobs. The check in lines moved so fast. The Bell service was excellent!!

To begin with, the lack of food options available during the day and the hours the different eateries were even open forced us to go out of the hotel to eat. Also, a reservation have been made a month ago by another family member at a restaurant to celebrate a birthday and the restaurant was not even open on the day they had the reservation. They only found this out when they were trying to call to confirm and got no answer. When they booked they had been told if we failed to show they would be charged $20 per person -the reservation was for six people. To have places totally closed for 3 days and other places not open until 4:00pm is inexcusable for people coming to the Gaylord on Thanksgiving week. This is a very busy week and families want to come to see the ice exhibit and enjoy your facility and it was quite disappointing and is the reason I would have to think twice about ever returning to this Gaylord establishment. I have gone to the Gaylord in Orlando many times and unfortunately, there is no comparison. I was anxious to return to this location with other family members and it was not the same as when I was here in the past. The sweets restaurant on the way to the ice exhibit offered homemade eggnog (we saw the sign out front) and we were looking forward to this. First we were told it would open Tuesday and then when Tuesday came it was Thursday when it would be open. It actually ended up opening on Wednesday and other members of our party sent us a photo because we had already left the building. I also feel that guests should have been advised that the pool was closed BEFORE they arrived. Not every guest checking into the Gaylord at this time of year is there for the ice exhibit and an amenity such as a pool may have been the reason families chose to come at this time of year.

I love with you, and there are so many things to do in the area. Food and entertainment available so that you don’t have to leave the hotel.

I had to ask them to bring linen for the pull out bed. The linens were not in the room.
