When first arrived was about 145 pm asked if room ready they said no will txt 300pm still not txt so I went up to front desk and they said oh room is ready not txt was received. Then at check out asked for cart to bring down bags the front desk person Sasha told me no cannot bell person needs to even throw we were allowed to have one when we first arrived.Then waited and waited so my wife just carried everything down bell man was seen just coming up after my wife had everything to the front at the car already wow terrible service I went back to let Sasha know she was no where to be found now this was Sat Dec 8 at1150 am front desk wow was a real let down

The room wasn't as new as pictured. It's pretty worn. The as shower tiles were bad shape, fixed shower head wasnt as pleasant to use. The only good thing were the queen beds were comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable, easy shuttle service to Disneyland.It was my daughters birthday trip and I let the front desk know, they made sure to deliver a piece of chocolate cake and chocolate covered strawberry’s which we greatly appreciated. Great service goes a long way. Overall stay was good my only complaint

The front desk agents were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and catered to my needs. This is my second time coming to Sheridan and I will continue to come back to the Sheridan restaurant fantastic the salmon was cooked perfectly. The lady bartender was friendly made an adjustment with my cocktails..

One thing I didn't like about this property was the fact that you need to request housekeeping and when we did request it they came a day before we left. Plus our shower handle was very hard to move from cold to hot. Also most of our tv remote buttons didn’t work.

Staff was great. Scott at front desk and Favian at the bar and cafeteria is excellent. Room was great, quiet and comfortable. However, the shower heads need descaling and some stool or place to hold toiletries inside shower as its hard for older people to stoop down for tolietried they need.

This was a very nice hotel. There was a barrier arm that you had to either get a ticket for or scan in with your hotel key so it felt safe. The only thing I would recommend for this hotel is a better shower. I’m a very picky showerer so I would have wanted a shelf for me to put my personal wash items on and I did not like the shower head at all. Other than that, it was a great hotel experience.

centered around everything, rooms should be updates. shower head exploded with water everywhere. Shower is positioned at waist level. Not the Sheraton I'm used to.

I feel the hotel should try to place families with kids in one area if possible and adults with no kids in another area. Crying/yelling kids for hours and early like 7am ruined some of our experience.
