Friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet environment.

The layout of property is exceptional with a beautiful view of the beach. I enjoyed my time in Belize especially casually driving in a golf cart to various places. Additionally, its a place of great dining and their are amazing people who work there. Foods and drinks are an A

The staff!!!! The accommodations, the beautiful pool. Theses are the things that would make me come back again. Kennard was the most valuable person to us. He watched out for us, treated the granddaughter as a princess and made a friend for life in my husband. Everyone remembers your name and your reason for visiting. It’s like you have a family waiting for you at the end of the day after your adventures. Kennard stands out as personable and special but so many other staff members of high quality were there as well. The resort genuinely wants you to have a wonderful time!!

Great service at check in from Jose, but before we arrived i had dealings with Rochelle and Chelsea the Concierges who arranged our airport shuttle and dinner reservations and multiple excursions .these 2 young ladies made everything easier for us , also we were there the weekend of the belizean music and food festival which they help in arranging tickets for the event,.all in all a great resort with great employees to help make your stay a fantastic time

Me and my husband truly enjoyed the beauty and comfort of Coco Beach Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the resort itself was beautiful and well-kept. The only complaint that we had, and this is NOT on the resort by any means, is the amount of mosquitoes that made it uncomfortable to be out by the pool or patio. Perhaps the resort could provide some type of repellant around the lounge chairs, etc. that guests could use. We had to purchase a bunch of products ourselves just to be able to sit out on the patio, etc. Other than that, we truly enjoyed ourselves and the resort.

OMG..This resort is far away from the noise but close to get to where you need to. The staff was wonderful. The bar, pool, spa were beautiful. I would definitely come back and will!

It was perfect! Everyone was so kind helpful and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The service at the restaurants, the bar and room service was great! And the pool is just amazing and perfect for families!

Beautiful hotel and amazing pool, great service, fun pool bar, hot tub! The ONLY thing that was extremely disappointing (and not their fault --I just wasn't expecting it) was you couldn't step a toe into the beachfront water because of the sargassum . The staff said it was like 6 months out of the year!!

Great pool. Beach wasn’t good for snorkeling or even really sitting in. Get breakfast across the street at the coffee shop- we loved it there.

Really great property! I don’t think the photos showcase how beautiful this property is. There was some construction when we arrived but nothing to keep us up. There’s construction occurring next door to the property and for the most part we weren’t around to hear anything. Presuming we were around I’d think it would be noisy. The staff was really kind, the food was pretty good. The staff handled all of the coordination, transfers, reservations, you name it. There was a moment where the power went out for about 50 minutes or so. That was a little alarming for me and my family. The following day it seemed as though there was going to be another power outage and we revived notification from the staff that time around. As much as we enjoyed our space there was a smell that didn’t particularly leave our room. In fact we called concierge to try and combat it. They did come and try to rectify it but it didn’t work. The other issue was that the hot water wasn’t running efficiently. We were often left with taking cold showers or utilizing one of two bathrooms when the water was hot. All in all this was a good experience! We look forward to making it back!

From the time I booked this trip, until I checked out, staff were attentive and very pleasant. The shuttle to and from the airport, effortless and quick. The bar staff were very friendly and personable. The food was fresh and seasoned very well! Renting a golf cart was very convenient. The Resort is in the perfect spot, not too close to town, not too far. Very relaxing and serene view of the ocean. Fine dining staff were exceptionally great and friendly! The spa staff were awesome! I recommend getting some much needed pampering on your visit. I will definitely be coming back with my family😀

All of the team members were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made everything very easy from arrival to departure and everything in between. We took a couple of excursions to the mainland and tbey arranged everything for us.

We just got married there on the beach. Esmy handled everything from start to finish like a pro. All of the staff is professional and friendly. This was our 2nd stay there and we will definitely return.
