The stay was fine. The positive points were that the room had a full length mirror and shelf outside the bathroom, comfy beds, the Dove products, the AC worked well and there was lots of hot water. However, for the price paid there were a few issues. The bathtub had a few rust stains in it and the bathroom door did not shut all of the way (got stuck on the floor-not hung properly). The worst part I have been finding with hotel stays is that the bathtub to take a bath is no longer an option. There was a bathtub/shower combination in the room (yay!) but it would not plug up to hold water-so what is the point! I like to take baths and soak in the tub but when I travel now, it is less of an option and the hotel does not state this at all when you book. What about pleasing those that want a bath? Also, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on-not on the wall, behind the door, nowhere. The room we had was next to a restaurant and even on the third floor we could hear talking and screaming from the outdoor patio. We could also hear walking above and next to us. When we checked in, there was noone at the front desk for a while and while we waited, we saw empty cardboard boxes and packaging piled up right behind the desk in full view for everyone to see. Not a welcoming sight. The breakfast was nice but there was a small seating area. Overall, the stay was fine but we expected a bit better for the price and have had better experiences with other chain hotels.

Stay was very nice. Even had a crib.

The front desk was nice but the room backed up to a bar grill that had loud music playing but luckily it stopped at 10:00. But after a long day and wanting to relax with a baby was not ideal at all. I totally understand that this isn’t the employees fault but I wished I knew before booking this hotel.

Staff is so friendly and place is so clean

We have never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. It is very basic and room though we had a King Suite was basic and felt industrial with gray/blue paint. Toilet in bathroom was too low for us. Bed was too high for me to get in and out of. Cleaning staff missed our room on day Saturday of our stay. A woman in charge quickly got us clean towels. I brought our 2 waste baskets to staff to empty. Shower needs to be regrouted and cleaned better. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful especially Jackie and Karin. Karin also prepares the breakfast and is a great asset to this property. On Saturday night, a woman around 4am possibly intoxicated was talking loud and disruptive and couldn't sleep. People above our room walked heavy a lot during the night. Traffic in front where we stayed could be heard from the highway. It was a most unpleasant stay for us except for the front desk team.

Easy access to the events we were attending

Room 108 was very noisy. It made our stay unpleasant at times. However, staff was excellent.

Had several issues with this hotel. Apparently, it just went through renovations and the phone jack in our room got covered up. Could not contact the front desk because the phone couldn't be connected to the wall. They have Direct TV as their provider, it didn't work in our room. The assistant manager was excellent in helping and trying to get us taken care of. We were moved to a different room which had a working phone and TV, but then the next morning the hot water had to be turned off due to a leak. We could not shower so had to leave and make our trip short because we had no other option but head back home. Again, the assistant manager, Jackie, was great to work with, she honestly deserves to be recognized! She recommended we contact Expedia and make them aware she's going to refund us one night. Maybe this will be a better hotel once all the renovation mistakes get fixed!

Accommodating staff, clean room, and good breakfast!

Didn’t like the bar outside the back of the hotel. But the loud music stopped before 10:30 just as promised.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, tasted great and had a good variety of foods.

The staff were especially attentive, accommodating and friendly. I'm not sure I have stayed anywhere else in my travels with a better staff. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. The breakfast hostess was so kind and efficient. Great stay.

Property currently under construction. Reserved our stay over a month ago only to be notified a couple hours prior to check in. They offered a no charge cancelation option for this though. When we got to the hotel at 530 our room still wasn’t available, they were having issues with the card readers for the rooms. The fire alarm system went off at 6am waking us up to rush downstairs just to find out they burnt the bacon, after finally falling back asleep the alarm system went off again at 8am for the same reason. Was not impressed with our stay at all.

Pro: Staff was friendly and did a good. Big con: Our floor and nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

our stay was good. they are renovating the whole bottom floor but the front desk people were still organized in their present conditions. pool and hot tub were closed. the cleaning people were so loud in the mornings on the floors. they let all the doors slam shut and it sounds like a gun shot. they started cleaning around 7am.

This place is being renovated but you don't know it until you check in. It's not in good condition right now for visitors or guests.

Room accommodations were fine but the hotel is undergoing renovation so dust, fresh paint and construction noise were present. Shower curtain failed to prevent water from reaching the bathroom floor.

Easy to get to. Great customer service. Clean rooms and facilities.

It got the job done, but is under renovations. My room had holes in the wall and pencil marks everywhere. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the tub and toilet weren’t in the best of shapes. It was just a place to sleep during my time

The property is going through a remodel and they staff did a good job making sure the hotel was comfortable & clean. The door handle to the bathroom did fall off & the same door would not shut but the place was clean & safe.

Breakfast started early which was good because i get up early. My room was extra clean and the bed was comfy. Emily at the front desk was also helpful and super friendly! 5 🌟
