Check in staff already was prepared for my arrival and know who I was when I arrived. Felt very personalized. Hotel room was clean and had all the standard amenities you would expect from a modern hotel. Very easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Close to tram line that for 20 minute ride to prague castle.

We had the best stay here. Staff was wonderful, room was very comfortable, and very clean. By far the best hotel on our adventures. Location was great and the grounds well kept. The only one thing for those who have physical disabilities or not very graceful the bathroom is a little scary, so be careful 😉. Over all we hope to return.

Accessible location and convenient for exploring wonderful attractions. Very unique and historical architecture and cozy environment. Staff were incredibly friendly, accomodating and helpful. Cleanliness is exceptional. This place is highly recommended to friend and relatives who will visit Prague in the future.

Excellent hotel. Attentive, friendly staff, comfortable, large beds, well-furnished room. Safe location across from police station. Ten minute max walk to Charles Bridge, clock tower, great shopping. Quiet. Only drawback was a musty/ plaster smell in the hall that permeated the room, possibly because of construction.

We were very impressed with the service and breakfast at this hotel! The staff are wonderful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Central location but on a side street so not noisy. Actually it was extremely quiet in our room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unitas Hotel was a great choice for our stay in Prague. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants nearby and the location was great - a short walk to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and Jewish Quarter.
Our room was quite large. It was a little sparse in furnishings, but the bed was comfortable and there were two overstuffed chairs to relax in and a desk. The bathroom was large as well.
The only negative about the room was that the bathtub/shower combo was quite high-sided and I wondered how a short person would climb in! If you’re short, you might request a more accessible tub.
Unitas Hotel isn’t fancy, but it is well-kept and in a good location. We would stay there again

Outstanding property. Located in the Old Town with easy walking or tram access to all the sites. Service and front office personnel exceptional helping w/reservations and transportation. Champagne at check in with tea sandwiches and fruit nice touch and buffet breakfast exception at a very good price!

We loved the towels, they were plush and we got hand towels as well as wash cloths. The bed was comfortable! And the reception staff were very helpful.

UNITAS Hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town as well as other sights that you may want to check while in Prague. The room is VERY spacious and so is the bathroom (with a nice shower). Toiletry is below average if compared to other hotels of the same category. Breakfast is not included, but you may get it for EUR 15.00. It is nice, but not a top notch. You may get better options nearby. The only downside, in my opinion, was the mattress (dated maybe?), but overall, nice stay!

I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Unitas. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant staff, everyone I came across was friendly and always ready to help! In addition, this hotel was in a prime location and walkable.

UNITAs is at a central location in Prague. It’s close to transit, restaurants and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable to allow us to relax after a long day of walking. The staff were so nice and always welcoming.

Plaque is very clouded especially the old town is noisy.
But this hotel ,very near from the center of the old town ,is very quiet .
This hotel is near the tram stop of No22. for going to Prague palace.
All staff are kind,friendly and elegant.
Only one point , free Wifi sometime did not work well. I think the reason is the hotel may be classic building.

Possibly the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed in. The location, the building, the ambience, the cleanliness, the 'cute factor', the history were all 10/10 but the main asset is the staff. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely appeared to love being there. Amazing trip.

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was enormous but lacked sufficient counter top space. The show seal was not so good. The desk was good size and the fridge worked fine. Centrally located and quiet. The breakfast area is a distance from the reception. The breakfast was very good.
