تم اعطائي غرفه في مبنى اخر بعيد عن المطعم و مرافق الفندق المسبح برسوم اضافيه وجبة الافطار كان مكانه بعيد على اطفالي تعامل الموظفين جيد الغرفه صغيره جداً على خمس اشخاص بالغين 3 اطفال

Schwimmbad kostet extra und das unglaublich außerdem die Hygiene bei Timmer war nicht gut

The pool and jacuzzi are nice

The pillows were not for sleeping. They were continental pillows and were extremely soft. They gave us 2 single duvet covers on a double bed, which didn't make sense for my husband and I. The shower is the worst I have ever had. It's so small and uncontrollable. Bathing was a nightmare. The ladies at reception were polite but when they changed shift, the gentlemen were not caring at all. I fell om steps near reception and the 3 men at reception just stared and didn't even bother to come help. They NEVER even checked how I was doing afterwards. The breakfast is the same everyday, nothing changes.

Beautiful and clean

Hotel ist sauber, voll freundliches Personal. Essen ist auch voll lecker. Cocktails sind auch lecker, auch eine stunde kostenlose Schwimmbad und Sauna. Bin ich komplett begeistert mit diese Hotel. Großen Respekt und vielen Dank.

Für Raucher Menschen kann man irgendwelche Hütten bauen, aber sonst alles perfekt und alles gefallen.

Okna směrem na koleje a rušnou silnici- zároveň ale super odhlučněno, takže když je okno zavřené, nejde nic slyšet.

Very clean room that smells nice, a lot of space in room and bathroom, good towels,big tv screen, a lot of bathroom "goodies",big beds Free welcome drink, good wifi internet,

Thick pillows,thick cover,small number of usable tv channels At the reception charged me two days of parking although i have found free parking outside of the hotel-it was weekend.Later on when i have realized that parking has been charged i move my car in the hotel garage

Lecker Frühstück und Ruhige Lage.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes sportliches Angebot, sehr vielseitiges Frühstück.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Der Spa-Bereich ist nicht ausschließlich für Hotelgäste, sondern öffentlich. Dadurch war es abends etwas voller in der Sauna.

Das Frühstück war super , viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt ist die Lage sehr angenehm es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Leider nicht der erhoffte entspannte wellness Tag den wir geplant hatten da der Wellness Bereich auch für die Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung steht und wenn man Pech hat geht es zu wie auf einem übervollem Bahnhof. Zumal wenn man das Zimmer mit spa Bereich bucht hat man nur 90 min inclusive ab dann wird drauf gezahlt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber unter „Deluxe“ habe ich mir etwas anderes vorgestellt. Und die Bewertung auf booking wird einem anscheinend automatisch abgenommen und auf eine glatte 10,0 gesetzt.

Das Hotel war groß sauber und schön, viele Freizeitangebote

Zimmer waren sehr klein, veraltet und entsprachen keineswegs einem 4 Sterne Hotel, sehr laut durch die Züge unmittelbar hinter dem Hotel. Für alle Bereiche muss man extra zahlen, Personal unfreundlich

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber , alles neu. Ein super Frühstück, ganz toll und viel Auswahl.

Lage sehr abgelegen.

早餐不错，旅馆里面的餐厅味道也不错。 小朋友很喜欢游泳池。

地下室去游泳池的路上就小朋友自己去的话看起来蛮恐怖的

The parking place was excellent. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good with enough variety.

Location is not the most picturesque in Prague. Staff can spend more time and effort to explain how to reach the downtown. The room was rather old and not comparable to one on the photos.

I liked everything, except for the prices and service. The information on the booking is not positive about the fact that breakfast must be paid separately, the spa must be paid separately. You pay for the spa only once, not for the duration of your stay in the hotel.

Modern and comfortable 4star congress hotel with huge sports and wellness center. Staff very friendly, everything clean and perfect. Very good czech cuisine at Bohemia restaurant. Enjoyable breakfast buffet.

Multiple activities. Very clean and Organized. Good Breakfast.

Majority of the staff were cold. The Back-Stairs that lead to public transportation (Tram) were too long and difficult to take with baggage. As Hotel residents, we had to pay for every activity and everything.

Nice and clean,. Just a pity we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities. Complimentary drinks and good value for money and Staffs are friendly.

Access to Water World was included. Great facilities for a family. Parking nearby was very convenient.
