Pillows are ver thin and uncomfortable

The ac was not getting cold and made a very loud noise. Hardly slept

There were gnats in the orange juice and the hallway smelled. Breakfast was not appealing.

Upon arrival the hotel seemed clean and mostly maintained. We checked in, showered and left for dinner without issue. When we came back to go to bed we pulled back the covers and found the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest. There was hair (lots of it) and it was clear from other "spots" these weren't clean. I called the lady at the front desk who was very apologetic and offered to move us. We were moved to a single bed room with a pull out sofa which was a bit frustrating considering we paid for and reserved a room with two BEDS but at this point it was late and not worth the fight. Sadly the frustration only got worse when this bed also has dirty sheets, again with hair throughout the bed. I rang the front desk again to let them know and my teenage daughter and I ended up sharing the pull out sofa with the *cleaner* looking sheets. As a former hotel maid, I am appalled.

We did not have any issues. Check in and out were hassle free. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous.

Wonderful, room and staff

Basic MicroTel room. Light over desk was so dim it was unusable. ONLY light in room bright enuf to read a book was the one over the bed. Meeting room had group meeting Sunday morning. The volume of the noise they played was so loud that it. Could be heard anywhere on the 1st floor. I left 2 hours after they started and my ears were hurting. I tried to live stream my church service and could not hear it over the noise.

Nice place

Front desk lady was nice & polite at check in. In town for ball tournament, 5mins or less from the field-so very convenient. Several breakfast options. Hotel was clean, bedding clean. Weird smell getting off elevator on 2nd floor-sprayed some air freshener. Took longer than I think it should have for room to cool down. Overall-great stay though. Will return again when playing at Don Owen fields.

Great service, clean, and comfortable bed.

The property is in need of an upgrade, and the breakfast could us some revision. My stay was good, and my observations are not intended to be critical.

We were greeted by very nice guys at the front desk and they made us welcome and went out of their way to be sure we were welcome.

I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk. She made my check in very easy. She told me that she was glad we chose their hotel.

The smell was awful on the entire floor we stayed on. We had 2 rooms and had to go to Walmart to get febreeze spray and candles to help with the smell. We won't be staying there again. It's unfortunate because we travel to Conway several times a year. We will be going back to Fairfield Inn on our next trip

This place was exceptionally clean. Folks were friendly. Breakfast could have been more substantial. But, overall, I would stay there again.
