The staff were nice and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. The hotel is near restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed my stay.

Decent place for a small town

I was sent a email from La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington Park that stated "complete your pre-arrival check-in using the link below to save time at the front desk when you pick up your room keys." I clicked the link & completed the pre-arrival check-in to include the accidental fee of $103.61. I thought I was all set for my stay, just show my ID when I arrived & get the key to my room. Sounds real easy, right? Unfortunately, when I arrived, the front desk staff asked for my ID & then asked me for $100.00 accidental fee. I explained to the gentleman that I had already paid the accidental fee online when I did the pre-arrival check-in. Unfortunately, the gentleman ignored what I was saying to him & continued asking me for the accidental fee of $100.00. Due to it being late, I figured I'd pay it & it would be refunded to me in the next few days. The $100.00 I paid at La Quinta Inn was refunded to my card the next day after my stay. Unfortunately, $103.61 was not refunded to my card. It's 4 days later & the charge is still on my card. The front desk staff should've checked La Quinta Inn database system to see that I already completed the pre-arrival check-in to include the accidental fee. Furthermore, when I explained the situation, the front desk staff should of listened to my concern & not ignored me nor required me to pay an additional $100.00. This is greatly disappointing, I've stayed at La Quinta Inn 22769 Three Notch Road California, Maryland 20619 several times.

Great overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, and there was no shortage of USB plugs for your devices. It feels like it was recently updated with modern amenities.

Clean, safe, excellent staff, and good value. Highly recommend this property.

Friendly Staff! Cleanliness

I was looking forward to seeing the hotel after the remodel. The lobby was nicely decorated. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the carpet was replaced for laminate. I was, however, disappointed in the housekeeping. Upon arrival to my room, there was a feminine maxi pad floating in the toilet which made me question if the toilet was even cleaned from the last guest. It was going to take 15-20 minutes for housekeeping to address this so I was moved to another room. There were dirty linens outside each room that had been cleaned that day - this was still at 7pm when I checked in. The dirty linens were still there then I checked out at 9am. Hopefully, management can get a handle on this and clean up before guest start checking in at 3pm - definitely a disappointment!

Location was perfect for what we needed to do in the area, nice paved, walking trail behind the hotel for our dog. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the only two bad things to mention is that the bathroom had a “funky” smell. Hard to describe but kind of like musty smell. The remote control was a little wonky and probably just needed new batteries. Wonderful Mexican restaurant next-door that offered discounts for guests, win, win!

I did like the overall appearance and general amenities of the breakfast buffet.

I really enjoyed how clean the room was! Great amenities available. Overall good experience.

Fantastic place

The breakfast was excellent each morning. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable. My only reason for the poorer rating was the fact that the toilet seat in the bathroom was very loose and uncomfortable to use, and the maintenance person was not available on the weekend. Also, the chair at the desk was broken and unusable. Both of these issues should have been noticed by the cleaning staff before we were given the room

It was a very good stay, easy parking, it is clean and will definitely come back again

Dirty and rundown. Damp/moldy smell (I did not actually see any mold). Front desk staff was friendly.

The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable.

I had to clean the air filter when I got there and the private bedroom did not have an air conditioner. I was told I would have to leave the door open to cool it. When I asked for towels on the last night, they told me that housekeeping was going to clean the room and give me some. The room was never cleaned the whole 5 days I was there.

They just renovated the property so it's not the typical La Quinta Inn in appearance. I have never stayed at a La Quinta Inn because I envisioned the property to be unclean and dirty but even the mattresses were new and comfortable. We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night so didn't want to spend a lot of money and La Quinta Inn had the best price. We figured it will just be to sleep so if it's crappy, no big deal but the hotel was actually modernly furnished and the breakfast was more than the average breakfast most hotels provide when breakfast is free. We will stay here again when visiting our friends in the neighborhood.

Good

We were given a room that was filthy, there was trash in the drawers, something liquid splattered on the mirror, a used washcloth in the shower, and scum on the tub. The next room was cleaner, but had a bad water leak from the sink and the toilet. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent, we asked workers in the hall for towels a few times and we're told that they'd contact "our room person" and never got them. There was also limited parking due to paving that we weren't told about until we pulled into the lot.

When you arrive after a long day of driving and no one is at the desk and the ceiling in the lobby is leaking into a bucket, you should probably run. Things went downhill from there, with non-working television, no internet (unless I sat in the hall, which I did because I own a business). Trash bags sitting in hallway. Bad for Wyndham because I will never use that brand again.

We stayed here for one night due to being broken down in the area and waiting for our car to be repaired. The cable did not work or the WiFi. We only got about 7 “antenna” type channels. The front lobby had buckets everywhere from leaking water. The AC in our room was barely working and it was over 95 outside. We were told that the rooms were hot because it was hot outside and that the WiFi was not working today. Dog poop was all over the hotel. In the hallways and coming from the pool when you first walked in. The only elevator had dog poop all over the floor which we notified when we went downstairs around 6pm and it was still not cleaned up when we checked out. When the front desk woman was notified that morning she replied “yeah housekeeping just got here and they’ll get to it.” No urgency to clean up the elevator even after being told it has been there all night.

The bed was very comfortable. Shower had really good water pressure. Room was clean. Mini fridge froze everything I put in it. Overall would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

The property was recently renovated and very clean. The bed was very, very comfortable and most importantly clean! I would stay there again if I was in the area and would recommend it to my friends.

my husband Tim always said baby get that room we got at the LA quinta service is good we had a couple of rooms broken items when the guy immediately moved us to a different room when they found out we moved in we had a problem with the TV and Tim and I asked the guy to come down he came down and immediately .Tim asked to give us a different room and the man complied it was really nice of him plus we had a king size bed my husband is a tall man so ,it accommodated Us in both the TV and the bed we enjoyed our stay as we come here when fishing season Solomons Island is close and my husband is a professional fisherman so over Tim and often to fish we always come here whether its Point lookout or Solomon's Island this is our place
