Property allows many 18-wheelers to park in hotel adjacent to building under guest room windows making engine/refrigeration noise all night long. Plus the trucks and went at all hours throughout the night. Very difficult to sleep under those conditions. Requested room change and hotel did not comply immediately.

We were a bit early to check in. The hotel did not seem very busy. There was limited guest in the lobby and the parking lot was quite empty. It was 2:40 pm my wife and I were on our motorcycle and were in need of a break before going on to our 4:00 dinner reservation near by. The desk attendant was quite abrupt and rude while informing us that there was no way he would check us in before 3:00. We were quite taken back by his treatment and would have gone to another Hotel if we had not booked the room through a 3rd party. Thankfully for our overall experience when we returned at 9:00 the attendant was quite professional and helpful.

Nothing to share *smile* was a good stay

We were confirmed a suite with separate bedroom but didn’t receive; curtain sheers were dirty; unkempt furniture. Very disappointed with accommodations.

Check in was easy process and staff were very nice.

For what you pay this is quite overpriced. Room was old out dated and dirty, fridge didn’t work, tv didn’t work. The floor had crumbs on it still from previous people. No new toilet paper. I mean it’s a decent hotel just not what you would expect for the price you pay.

Grumpy breakfast server. Needs to take some happy pills. She's been there a long time. We're there every 2 months

The only cleanlinss issue my family had was the carpets. If you walked without shoes on your feet were black. That is a huge issue with families that have small children. Other than that the rooms were clean, breakfast had many choices, pool and sauna was well maintained

Nice swimming pool Friends y reception man Room large bed comfortable. Only disappointment was the odd breakfast. Eggs were unrecognisable and overcooked. Bagels and Muffins were stale. Butter in fridge so it was too hard to use Coffee average?

The carpet and furniture in the room could have been much cleaner. The couch and chair had dirt stains.

My fiance and I stayedone night. We used the pool and hot tub and completely enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely come back.

We've stayed here several times, driving from Wisconsin. Family celebrations in the area every time! Breakfasts are good. Friendly staff. Fresh cookies in lobby in AM! Room comfy.

My only complaint is the bathroom vanity had dried (what i hope was) toothpaste on it, up and down the wooden cabinets. Easily wiped off with a wet towel but obviously not an area well cleaned by staff. And there was a small piece of glass on the carpet i stepped on barefoot, but no injury. Otherwise the staff was very nice, the pool was great and so was the breakfast!

The front desk lady who was there at our check in has checked us in 2 times before. We checked in at 6:30 on 6-30. She had no name tag on so that I could share her name here. She is very unfriendly. Never discussed wi-fi nor breakfast times. Offers no kind welcome. She’s not a friendly face after hours and hours of driving. The rooms are very clean, but the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions are clearly being reused. Dried lotion on lid of lotion and all 3 have 2 minute uses, maximum. Barely anything in them. Soap is mediocre when compared to other hotel competition, the bare minimum. No towels available in the pool, went to front desk and was given a tiny hand towel, not a full size body towel to use for drying off by the very same woman who checked us in the hour prior. Ridiculous. No usb ports in our room…that’s cheap. We only had cords due to using ports at the holiday inn, the evening prior.

The hotel and the room were modern, clean and confortable! Great stay at a great price!

The staff was very friendly. Upon arriving in our room the sofa was stained and ripped as well as the combetter and the sheets had stains on them. The sink in the bathroom had a crack. Asked to change rooms and they did but they also double charge me for the room. After Two days after my stay When I got home I had to call them and had it fixed.

The woman working the breakfast area was not helpful at all. Let her know that the coffee was empty and she said she wasn’t worried about filling it. Would really have liked real plates, bowls and silverware. Paper just is not nice.
