A quick overnight for a show at Foxwoods. The hotel was perfect: close clean, reasonably priced; breakfast included a nice buffet.

Had a great night here. Was super clean and nice. The hotel is super dog friendly, with treats at front desk. The staff was wonderful and super kind. Ash was fantastic and checked us in with ease. This will be my go to lace when my pups and I are in Mystic again.

The first thing that we noticed was how clean everything was from the moment we opened the door to our room everything was spotless and that's a big deal for me the bed was comfortable with big fluffy pillows and a nice fluffy comforter did I say everything was spotless I have to say that again and the complimentary breakfast was awesome with a variety of breakfast foods that were all delicious and plenty of it you stayed two nights and we could not believe how much food was given to us complimentary I forgot to mention when we checked in how pleasant the person was that helped us with our room the dining room was beautiful the tables were decorated with pumpkins and other little fall decor we will definitely be coming back it was a 8 year anniversary and we enjoyed every minute we visited mystic aquarium where we saw a show of sea lions and dolphins and even when on a virtual gorilla tour that was crazy good everything was really wonderful we cannot wait to return but it would definitely be before our next anniversary even the restaurants in the area were delicious we ate delicious seafood even visited an ice cream shop right next door everything is within walking distance or on the same strip as the hotel which made it very easy to get around and not get lost I truly hope that this will help someone that is looking to have a great time and a pleasant clean atmosphere we felt very welcomed and we will be returning or some awesome awesome

The room had no towels, no hand soap and the bathroom floor was sticky. At breakfast the juices were water down way too much it didn’t taste like juice at all, there was also a puddle of water because a kid dropped his “juice” and they didn’t clean it.

This the way hotels ought to be. A throw back. Greeted beautifully at the front desk Quick check in and check out. Comfortable and spotless room with everything working. Best of all their complimentary breakfast was an award winner! The hotel was full but in the room it was very quiet and restful. You can’t miss with this hotel. Highly recommended!

The property was beautiful, easy to accwss and had wonderful employees.
The problem, much the same in other hoyels we have stayed in, was the noise from the AC/heating unit. It was loud and shut on and off throughout the night preventing the restful, peaceful sleep we were hoping for.

When we arrived we were greeted by Tony right away. He was very nice and made us feel welcomed. this was our first time in Mystic so we did not know what to expect. I was happily surprised at how close we were to the attractions this quaint town had to offer.
The only thing that was concerning was how dark the parking lot was at night. The evening we arrived I had to run out and get some groceries and practically ran to the car because it was extremely dark. There doesn't seem to be as many light posts on the side of the hotel than the front and back. If there was it was probably hidden by the tree and was blocked. That was our only concern. Other than that my mom, pup and I had a great time! :)

The hotel was clean and had a good location. The service was excellent The only downside was a whistling noise in the room that seemed to be coming from the refrigerator.

I was surprised when I did check in as the reception guest service employee said I had booked a KING room. I corrected her and told her that I had booked a room with 2 QUEEN beds. Luckily one room was available and she re-accommodated me to the room with 2 QUEEN beds.
Everyone was nice and the place was very clean and comfortable.

When we arrived we were told that the hotel had overbooked the room type we reserved and that they would have to switch us to a King room with no guarantee that there would be anywhere for our daughter to sleep. After about five minutes of trying to switch us to a King room, we were placed in a two queen bed room, which is what we had originally booked. Only one of the two room keys worked.
The side chair in the room was stained all over with some kind of substance. The rest of the experience was just fine. Room was comfortable.
