My room overlooked the hotel entrance and people ie smokers would congregate outside at 2.00am and talk loudly. Really annoying and this would happen again at 6.00am

Staff were nice enough and ok hotel. But the room was not good; a so called double bed was two twins together and it only ever wanted to seperate in the middle. The aircon made a very subtle noise all night, making it hard to sleep, the room we had did not black out either, with the windows (which you couldn’t open to get air in) looking down into the foyer, so constant light all night. All of which made it hard to sleep.

Very nice hotel, friendly, clean, easy to reach, good you can use the parking of the zoo next door... looking forward to go there again

Stale hotel - comfortable beds and good blackout curtains but light comes in through a large gap in the bedroom door. Kettle and hairdryer in room didn’t work, they had no room available for me at check-in time, common parts on my floor (4) were filthy. Battery was low on my door lock so awkward to get into the room. Staff were indifferent to issues. Room is really badly appointed with big sections unlit. It’s not even handy for Rotterdam. I would absolutely not recommend.

Short stay with no complaints. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Food in restaurant was 10/10.

Easy check in and out, staff helpful and friendly. Place is not as clean as it was when I visited 6 months ago and the room I had was a bit run down. Breakfast is not a bad selection, but overpriced as it’s quite poor quality. Overall the hotel is quite good value for money though and well located near the airport. Not well located if you need to be near the centre, but the local bus service is not bad.

Clean, simple and smart hotel. They were understaffed as is everyone these days, but the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd revisit.

Great location to the town centre and main train station. Spacious, quiet. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Funny thing: a privacy stament for me to sign (in dutch!) Was presented to me as the house rules . Given the prices and the type of hotel you could at least get it translated. Apart from that the hotel is nice, the staff is quite rude but nothing important. The hotel is very expensive for what it is but you do get what you see in the pics

Alles was perfect

The hotel was okay- reception staff were polite and helpful, the room was quiet and bed was comfy. However we ate in the restaurant and it’s the worst service I have ever experienced. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, every waiter walked straight past us. It took us ages to get the waiters attention to order as well. We were repeatedly ignored. There were plenty of staff and they were not full. As it was the only option to eat in the hotel we felt we had no choice- would not recommend the restaurant.

I had two reservations & extended twice - reception (which again & again had long line ups) didn’t manage to put them together / communicate internally in a way that housekeeping wouldn’t knock on my door for checkout or that restaurant would still have my tab open - annoying. They tried to be friendly but I perceived most receptionists & some restaurant staff as rather slow… Restaurant felt overpriced especially on vegan dishes that were small (& fried stuff on both…). I was there for a workshop, room was nice (just not the view to parking lot & highways to the north…). Other restaurants / cafes were quite far to walk. Environmental concern? I am not sure. Really don’t like paper cups in the bathroom - there could have been glasses.

Hotel was good, Very few free parking spaces. Service in the restraint was average, would book a table as can be busy.

Terrible hotel with the photoshop interior and exterior, made probably years ago. We couldn't take shower how good and clean it is. Hotel has super advertisement but almost everything is wrong. Everything is good for 1 star motel. It is just overrated.

We have stayed here a few times and the front of house is beautifully decorated, as its december the hotell has a festive theme throughout. The rooms however are looking tired. The restaurant serves a varied selection of food and caters for most tastes. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet.

Our 2nd time at this hotel ... disappointed to say, we were not as impressed on this occasion. There was dust around the bed legs and on the top of the headboard. One morning we were preparing to go out when the housekeeper knocked on the door. We did not have a 'do not disturb' sign and I tried to ask her to come back later but she didn't understand and came in anyway to change the bedding and towels. My husband and I were partly dressed and my 10 year old grandson had just finished showering and found it very embarrassing. We went out and returned later to find the cleaning had not been completed - bathroom was untouched, cups hadn't been cleaned and tea, coffee etc had not been replaced.On our last evening, we returned from a long day out to find an extra bed had been brought in, presumably in preparation for the next occupants.Will be going to Rotterdam again but will most probably not stay here.
