The air conditioning system needs repair, door needs resealing, shower head didn’t move to adjust to a persons height and sprayed outside of shower, light switch box loose/not screwed in; wallpaper peeling from the walls, portico in need of repairs. Wyndham properties always seem to disappoint. Staff were courteous and efficient.

The host's were not friendly, they were transactional. The whole place inside, from the lobby to the rooms needed an upgrade.
Also, they didn't have coffee unless it was morning.

La Quinta Vicksburg cancelled my reservation while we were traveling to Vicksburg and we had prepaid. It was an annoying experience and now I have to go through the challenges of trying to recover our payment.

First off, the entry door to the room was jammed, my husband had to push on it hard to get it open. It was bugs in the restroom a lot. It was black spots on the side of the shower near the top of the ceiling and it appears to be mold and mildew. The sheets were not clean, nor the pillow cases. I will not recommend you stay here, please choose somewhere that takes pride in cleanliness and safety.

Everything was excellent except the hot tub (spa) didn’t work and there was chewed gum on one of the lamp shades in the room. Except for the gum, everything was clean and service was great.

The hotel had a terrible smell like mold. The carpet was disgusting and is need of replacement. My family and I decided not stay at the hotel. We could not handle the smell.

The property was in okay condition. When we arrived into the lobby there was a sign in the desk that said that someone would be back to help us. Several minutes later the person in the corner on the phone came strolling up and asked if we were checking in. He was a bit curt and not friendly at first. Later while unloading the car, he spoke more friendly. The lobby looked nice. The room was right by the elevator but I wear earplugs so that was not an issue. What was an issue was the smell of the room. A mixture is urine and smoke covered by some kind of cleaner but still detectable. The carpet was gross so I wore my shoes the whole time. This property needs a refresh. My husband said breakfast was fine.

Very unprofessional employee here. 1st he gave me a room that was under construction. Then when i told him the issue he had to go look as if i was telling a lie. Then my reservation was for a king and he give me a standard room. The ac wasnt working properly.

The staff was extremely friendly. I think the manager and/or owner needs to step up the cleanliness though. My room looked like it hadn't been dusted since the last person stayed in it, which had to have been weeks. There was also dog food in the corner as soon as you walk into the room. To top it all off, there were roaches and the lights went out twice.

The beds were ok the maintenance was lacking. The bottom hinge on the door frame was not screwed in and the door was hard to open and close. There were bugs in the room and bathroom and water dripping from the faucet. It ok 3 trips to front desk to get keys that worked

Property looked to be in the middle of a Reno. The only “oops” was that the front desk clerk gave us keys to a room that was already occupied but he handled it quickly. Room was clean and I loved the Dove products. Breakfast was also good

This is the fault of Expedia, not the property. I had made a reservation and prepaid for it but when I arrived they said they had no rooms available. There was no warning. We just had to find another hotel and accept what was available. Very disappointing.

When booked for Monday July 8,2024 it was very nice accommodations. The room was clean and cool. The bed was comfortable which is very important as I have had 4 back surgeries. The breakfast was amazing. My grandkids loved the waffles!
Now to Friday July 12,2024 I cannot give a review because unfortunately even though we booked and had confirmation and paid when we arrived after a long tiring drive we were told we had no room even having a confirmation number. Even though we had a wonderful first night stay I will never use this hotel chain again when you can’t keep a reservation confirmed and paid for.
