Staff very helpful. Seems like an older place. Bathroom not totally cleaned and had a funny smell. My moms non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The lady at the desk brought an air purifier to her. The rooms were spacious And amenities were ok. Ok for one night stay

The mirror was broken. They were not accommodating. The floors were dirty.

Property / room is old and needs to be updated. People were friendly and breakfast was excellent!

Had a room which was very icky. Carpet badly stained and disgusting. Bad smell. Just not clean. First time I've ever checked for bed bugs. HORRIBLE FEELING. AND ... room in front of building, ground level with HUGE parking lot light shining right into the window with curtains that did not close. Had to hang bed cover in window. Why would you do that? People are trying to sleep?

The check in was horrible. Nothing professional or business like at all. Had to bathe standing because there was an impression that there was a shower. Housekeeping did wake me at 8 stating they were told i was checked out. Which explains the check in. This place will be a dump in 4 years

The over all experience was not too bad. There was almost always some one at the front desk, although we didn’t need assistance throughout our stay. Housekeeping could definitely do better, as the room was not the cleanest. The elevator was never swept, but the lobby always looked decently clean. Breakfast each morning was the same, but we ate it. It wasn’t too bad. Would we choose to stay here again?? Probably not, BUT it saved us quite a bit of money on our trip and it was only 3 nights.

Front desk clerk was lovely. She made checking in easy after a long day of travel. Hotel is conveniently located. The exit off the interstate to the service road is odd, but thats not the fault of the hotel. Just something to know and be prepared for.

When we enter the the hotel room blankets were messy And not clean yellow stains on bedsheet alcohol in room and bathrooms were stinky

Room looked like it hasnt been cleaned since the property was opened.

The phone didn't work had trouble with the TV and asked for a late check out and they rushed me out

The staff was very friendly and the room size was good but outdated. There were several stains on the carpet and the bathroom door had a gap in it. Being so close to the interstate it was very noisy. The windows could use some sound proofing.

This was listed as a ‘good’ hotel, 3 stars on Hotels.com app. Our stay was fine, but this is not a 3 star hotel. Therefore, it was very over priced for the type of hotel it was.

Cooling system was very loud and sounded like it could stop working at any tim, very hard to sleep with all the noise from it. Bed pillows were very small more like a couch pillow.

Believe all the negative reviews, they are all true. I have never stayed in such low standard hotel. It was very pricey for very low quality. From the moment you walk in the lobby you are greeted with a distinct musty scent. The front desk personnel was indifferent about greeting her guests. At one point she flung my credit card back at me. Ibteied to cancel my reservation but from the previous comments it sounded like i would just be gifting them my money. Walking into the room it greeted us with nice sticky floors. The bed looked dirty and i did not want to use the facilities much less touch anything. All i wanted was the night to to turn into morning so i could leave immediately. Breakfast was gross according to my son and he's not picky. I stopped at Chicfila for breakfast for us. I always stay at IHG properties but made an exception. Never again!! Warn the others!! Just keep driving!

toilet paper dispenser was hanging by a thread and fell off the wall. It was pulled out of the plaster when I arrived. Floor feels greasy in bathroom.

The hotel was ok. The sheets were clean but you could tell they were old as they were dingy in appearance. The bathtub faucet ran constantly and when we checked in, the employee was having a personal phone conversation the entire time. Most hotels the staff explains the amenities, wifi, breakfast offerings, etc., however the lady was brief and more interested in her phone conversation. She wasn't rude by any means, but I make the assumption that when staying at a hotel, the staff obligation is to make a guest feel welcomed.

Hotel is dated for the price. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Area was noisy, being next to freewy

No swimming pool for my kids wasn’t told before pool broken and my bath tub was broken water didn’t stay in the tub and the carpet was dirty. So I checked out day half early with no questions asked, they said a refund would be given back on my card . I have not received it yet.

Breakfast was very good

Clean sheets but stained. Desk clerk did not talk. I did mobile check in but it didn't work for the desk clerk, she asked for Drivers license and credit card. We were on second floor and there was a lot noise from room above. Will not stay again.
