Very strategically located near just about anything one can ask for. Terminal 21, BTS, MRT isn't too far away, street food stalls are all just outside the hotel, along with fancier, pricier eateries if that's what you want. There's even a laundry shop nearby! Last but not least, tons of massage parlours for you to choose.
The room itself served its purpose. Bed was alright, but the showers was either too hot, or not hot enough. And the angle of the showerhead can make the area around the bathtub wet. The streets can get somewhat noisy at night.
Staff was attentive although housekeeping don't replenish your toothpaste.

The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The location is perfect for reaching most places. The cat cafe downstairs next door will bring a smile to your face each morning and night when you past it.

I like The Key, have stayed before. It’s a bit dated, rooms are fairly big, but basic hotel furniture. I love the full-size refrigerators and microwaves. The #1 best thing about the rooms. If you’re a smoker like me, they have a nice like minibar at the lobby with a smoking patio. The bellmen and desk clerks are great. They’re maybe a bit pricey, but you can’t beat Soi 19, Asok BTS, Terminal 21 location.

This is my go to hotel when ever I return home to Thailand to stay the night till I catch my flight to my Thailand hometown. Or when I return back to the states.

The entrance is at a small alley thus may not be that easy to spot. The room size is just right for two person. The location is very near to asoke bts station and makes travelling around the city very easy. There are a few massage stores nearby and crowded after dinner time.

What this property lacks makes up for the convenience factor.
Very close to asok BTS n terminal 21 mall. My favorite is very close Healthland for my foot massage.
Has local vendors through out the day.

It is very convenient to reach the BTS, and also Terminal 21.
The room is also comfortable to live.
There are some personal sanitary need to prepare, teeth brush, and hair conditioner if required.

Had a free upgrade to Executive when we arrived. Staff were pleasant and accommodating to our needs when we requested for late checkout and extra pillows. They would help us open the doors whenever we entered the hotel as well. Room is decent for a 3 star hotel. There were some drain flies in the room but it didn’t really bother us much. Walls are thin so we could hear doors closing. Very near Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was OK, ended up in a smoking room even though non smoking was booked, breakfast was supposed to be served from 7.30 - 10.30, went at 9.10 and there was only cerial and toast left so never bothered the next two mornings and what I did see I wouldn't recommend, give them credit they did pay for our transfer to airport as way of apology

Small lobby, toilet was very small and found beetle in the bath. The bedroom was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Very basic breakfast.
I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to friends.

Amazing Boutique Hotel, staff fantastic, comfortable hotel close to the heart of "what's on", BTS a 100 meters, 21 store 80 meters, Soi Cowboy 300 meters, great food at hand.
Nothing a problem for staff, truly amazing. Rates reasonable too.

Second stay here, and it was even better than the first. Staff is very thoughtful and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent. This is a budget place, but it’s not lacking and is extremely comfortable. Hallway noise from other guests can be rude, but you get that everywhere. Location is ideal, very short walk to Asoke BTS, 24 hour supermarket super close, and Terminal 21.

Overall I had a good stay. The only service I would have liked to have been available was room service. Also the room had a problem with bugs. I think they were cockroaches.

Just 200m walk to the Asok BTS station, many massage centres, convenience stores & restaurants around. The room is superb, clean and everything in good condition. The staff is also very helpful. Our room even came with mini kitchen like refrigerator, microwave, plates, etc. Free WIFI available.

Location wise, it's pretty convenient as is 5 mins walk to terminal 21. The train services are easily accessible as is next to t21.
Room wise, decent and straightforward. U have everythg u probably need.
If u are for city life, this is the place for u. Street food there aren't many choices. But u would take the train services to them and cut down on transport costs. U probably dun spend more than 100baht a day on transport and leave it for other stuff.

Stay there for 4days, enjoys the stay. Less than 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21 shopping Centre & Asoke BTS, less than 7 minutes walk to MRT. 7/11 and family mart near door step.
Parking at the hotel might be a problem if you are driving.

Our room greatly exceeded our expectations for the super low price we paid.
The room was a little dirty, but nothing unhealthy (just scuffs on the walls, etc.)
The hotel is very close to the sky train and there's plenty of things to do in walking distance.
Most days we just walked around to find stuff to do!
We will be staying here again in the future!

Arrived at the hotel late into the night and was greeted by friendly and professional staff. Good location, close to transport (BTS & MRT) & Terminal 21 shopping complex. Nice and modern rooms provide a comfortable stay. Good value for money and would stay there in the future.

A small hotel that is well located. Steps from Sukhumvit and BTS with shopping at Robinsons and Tops market. Tiny lobby and no restaurant pool gym etc. but I would stay there again.Friendly staff and reasonably priced.
