We stayed in room 326 which was large and spacious with 2 bathrooms which was amazing. Unfortunately just outside our apartment was something that seemed worthier to be a laundry or air-con plant that made a constant noise. Also in December there was only about 20 minutes sun first thing in the morning on the balcony. Did have a slight sea view but the noise prevented us spending time on the balcony.

A superb stay at the Santa Barbara. The apartment was super comfortable, quiet and very well equipped.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Lovely apartments very spacious clean and modern, complex has everything you need great system for booking sun beds and plenty of entertainment if you want it, few local reataurants and a pub and many more restaurants within a half hour costal walk which has a very good path and is lit at night

Enjoyed our stay at Santa Barbara. Comfortable one bed apartment with pool and sea view.
Grocery shop on site, walkable to restaurants in either direction along coastal path.
Would highly recommend.

My only complaint is check in is a lengthy process but there was no queue so that helped . I missed out on the one bedroom apartments so I paid a little extra and got a 2 . 3 bathrooms 3 tvs lots of balcony space though it was mostly taken up with furniture. Everything you need for self catering plus iron and board. Once you find your way round it’s easier . I am going back

This hotel was one of the best parts of my trip. The facilities are amazing and there were a plethora of activities to do both in the day and night. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations of what we could do in the local area. Our room had everything you could need in it with a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils and equipment you could ever need!

A wonderful place with fantastic staff. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and without hassle. The views were lovely of the ocean and the pool was brilliant. Restaurant on site as well as a supermarket for any extra needs. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely and gave us room as a family to relax after days out on excursions. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks to everyone at Santa Barbara who made our staff so memorable.

Fantastic resort. Clean, quiet but with plenty of bars restaurants witihin walking distance. There was also great entertainment in the hotel and staff could not do enough for us. We will definitely be back next year

Once again we loved our stay at SB. The staff were great and the place is great also. Taxi drivers are still awful and we were a bit unlucky with the weather but SB was everything we expected.

very nice place clean nice pool heated and outside spa very strange set up where you have to book your sun beds the previous day the rooms were very clean and good size only let down was the towels for the class of hotel would expect better but that's only a minor complaint the restaurant looked nice but can't comment as never used it

The staff were super helpful, looked and acted professionally. Using forward thinking ideas for communication ( what’s app which always responded to quickly) helpful with taxis, trips etc etc. and super facilities for any disabilities ( not that we have but just noticed, not a lot going on nearby ( pancake cafe and Lava cafe a must for breakfast ) but that suited us. Entertainment each evening ( good standard and easy listening) a very pleasant venue for a few nights were don’t need to venture far

Quiet location with a few restaurants round the corner on the front. A short walk away is a nice square with lots of eateries, further round the coast is Los Abrigos - a must for seafood.
The pool at Santa Barbara is excellent and happy hour every day at 4.30 at the bar is nice. The car park is cramped and not ideal and the hotel restaurant was poor. But overall it's a lovely place to stay.

Just returned from a weeks stay, family of 4 with 2 adult children. Absolutely lovely hotel!!
We only ate at the poolside, but they had no complaints.
The pool area was clean and managed well by the entertainment and lifeguards. There are plenty of sun loungers.
Many of the rooms are seaview.
We didn't eat in the restaurant, so we were unable to review the main restaurant food.
The one bedroom apartment room was perfect, a large double bed in the main bedroom and a large double sofa bed in the main room, along with a dining area and kitchenette with oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Absolutely recommend this hotel. It's rated a 3 star, but the reviews and photos show that it could definitely be mistaken for being higher!

Me and my wife had such an amazing and we like it here a lot, we been multiple times and most definitely will come again, already got it booked for June. Staff we're amazing, friendly and very chatty. Housekeeping ladies are also doing an amazing job too. Thank you again and see you soon guys.

We enjoyed our stay.. food was reasonable.. great pool.. we stayed in a villa.. our villa was on the same floor as the pool.. we had no view.. I’d ask to stay up one floor so you can see the water.. staff was wonderful.. tons of activities.. plus walkway along the water..

We had a really nice stay at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club. It is a perfect location for families looking for a nice quiet resort. A car is a must in order to explore the island. Communication with the staff was 100% and a big thank you to Isabel on reception for welcoming us and ensuring we had a beautiful apartment. There is a handy supermarket on site and the hotel is only 20-25 minutes from Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to the airport. We look forward to returning next year..

We did enjoy our stay . The staff were all friendly and helpful . Accommodation has everything g we needed for a self catering holiday . The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Would have been good to have information leaflets with places to visit and see , local activities and walks .

Been here many times, and we love the fact that this is essentially an aparthotel. Rooms are spacious and kitchens well equipped, if that's what you want. Staff are really friendly and helpful too.

We loved the look and feel of this property. It is very clean, and well maintained - everyone we talked to was fantastic! Although the poolside cafe food was somewhat bland, the prices and service were super. The sun shone, the pool was perfect and the poolside chair “booking” system was successful and easy! Beautiful location!

Beautiful property and exceptional staff. My only complaint was the parking garage is small and not well adapt for multiple vehicles.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The only disappointment was the music as the singer on Christmas Eve was very poor and the musician on Christmas Day didn't turn up at all. Shame, as the good evening entertainment is one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.
