Unfortunately the TV was not working and we called reception to report it. No one came so we couldn’t use it. When we challenged this the following morning we were given a bottle of water as a sorry. When we opened the curtains in the morning you couldn’t see out as the window was covered in bird poo to the extent we closed it again. Not a section of clean window to look out. We were told it would be 5 mins for more hot food on the buffet breakfast but none came. Then we were told the area closed in 10 mins and at this point my husband did get quit short with the restaurant staff and they brought us what we had been waiting for. I think the room must have not been checked as we only seemed to have one persons portions of the biscuits and tea between 2. We rarely stay away and were deflated by the experience. We had chosen the hotel to experience all the rugby and atmosphere and the room let it down.

Good room with comfy beds. TV didn’t work. Room did not have tea but when called this was quickly sorted. Good breakfast.

the room was opposite the cupboard to the services so in the morning banging as the door is pushed open, plus the window was covered in pigeon crap

We stayed for 2 nights to see the rugby. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Air con was hit and miss, plug sockets dodgy and kettle leaked water but could not fault our stay for what we needed. Breakfast is a fairly uninspiring buffet, but what was available was well cooked and fresh.

A nice hotel and well located. Service was poor and frankly rude. Rooms are very clean but a bit dated. Lots of space though and facilities.

Your staff made us feel very welcome and enhanced our stay.

The hotel was very incredible to stay at. The customer service were all so nice and great. However, I did have trouble checking in with when i booked it, it stated free breakfast, however, when i got to the hotel to check in, it said that it did not apply which i chalked it up to using a third party, but other than that a great recommended place to stay at if ever visiting London.

Just a pleasant experience. Know I feel safe as a lone female traveller. Bed was so comfortable. Cleanliness was good. Bathroom also and I liked the toiletries. Were ok for a hotel. Very near to where my son family live and having parking is really helpful. Staff are lovely and attentive.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my son due to a local event. The staff were courteous on arrival - not particularly friendly or welcoming. Our room was quite large, with 2 double beds. Unfortunately the room look worn and outdated - the furniture was dark and old, the overbath shower needed modernising, and the airlock in the sink that banged all night was really annoying. We ate in the hotel once, food was good. For the price we paid, this hotel was not particularly good value for money - good location for rugby, but wouldnt recommend otherwise

Away day for the team so hotel was almost empty. Very nice attentive front of house staff, took my luggage to my room while parked - it easy to find, but managed it. Room was larger and better appointed than I had expected. Bar and restaurant were both really very good, great staff, nice beer, very good food. Oh and breakfast was excellent!! Most places have powdered scrambled eggs, oh no these guys went proper old school!

The property is pretty well kept and not too far from Heathrow. It also some good walk by the river not too far. Highly recommended for its staff that was super flexible in term of allowing me to get a late checkout past the 12:00pm.

Staff absolutely appalling, unwilling to help or answer questions. Lift broken and tried fire escape stairs to get to other levels and doors locked!! Absolute disgrace
