Saw a cockroach coming out of the bathroom this morning. I’m so disappointed because I would have given 5 stars across the board. The staff were all very kind. Several food options nearby and the room appeared to be very clean. Good breakfast options. The bed was so comfortable. I slept great. Room was quiet.

The people where not very friendly the bed was uncomfortable had u big dip in it , the hot tub had so much chlorine it made my eyes burn the vending machines didn’t work. The room smelled musty and the carpet was dirty mad my husband soaks dirty. I will not stay at this hotel again in fact o stayed at another comfort inn in the area and it was worse I think I will find a new hotel chain to stay at.

I do not understand why there is no shower curtain in the bathroom.
You do not want me to sit in a pool of dirty water in the name of taking a bath.

My stay was great. The service was excellent. Every time I’m in that area, I choose this particular hotel because my past experiences. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I'm not sure how old this hotel is, but it could use some updating. The bathtub soap holder and tub were scratched. It took me forever figure out how to turn on the shower, even though it started dripping when I turned the water on. There were no USB plugs anywhere in the room -- very inconvient as almost everyone has some sort of device that needs charging while staying there. On the plus side, there were plenty of electrical outlets, and the air conditioner worked well.

Me and my boyfriend got this last minute and it was very nice. Room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Shower dripped the whole time. The WiFi was spotty and kicked me off the internet while I was on a teams call. Ended up hotspotting from my phone. Outlets on lamp next to bed didn’t work.

Waited 15 minutes for staff when checking in. Vending machine out of order, hot tub out of order. Room ac wouldnt cool. Staff was gruff and short most interactions.

The room was hot and smelled, call the front desk and I got switched to a worse room, stains on the carpet and chair.

Not very clean. Sign in bathroom says they pay attention to the high touch traffic areas. I suggest it’s time to pay attention to the entire room. The hallway reeked from people smoking weed. The entrance door at the end of the hall would not open with a key card so they would prop it open with a rock so they could also smoke outside. Lots of people around parking lot. They weren’t necessarily staying at hotel. The room smelled musty. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a sub car that runs behind parking lot. Not very noisy but you do know it’s going by. Could use new carpet though out.

One of the managers put me on the list to get housekeeping and they never came. The same guy said the hot tub was working and tried to turn it on for me for 10 minutes. It ended up not working and he said it was just “warming up”. Then, when housekeeping did finally come, they left the room open for 9 1/2 hours while I was gone. Luckily nothing was taken. I brought it up to that same manager and he was making excuses as to why it was open. Language barrier is also an issue with this guy. I would not recommend this place.

Nice stay. Price was great for a weekend night. Hopefully they won’t raise the prices, because I’ll stay there many times in the future.
There’s fast food restaurants all by the hotel and even a gas station. Can’t brag on this place enough!

People bring their animals and you can definitely tell if you have allergies. This is not exclusive to this hotel but the type of air conditioning system they use makes it’s impossible to clean to be unnoticeable for allergy sufferers. Other than that it was a good place. Breakfast was sparse. Not a lot of choices but then again most continental breakfast offerings are going this direction.

Room and breakfast was fine. We only stayed because our AC went out and it was too hot to stay in our home. AC went out on a Wednesday. AC tech did not arrive until Saturday. Waiting on how much it is going to cost….on top of the hotel cost $$$$. Neither are cheap!!

Clean and safe place. Only issue the air conditioner didn’t keep the room clean and for some reason my key card kept deactivating. Over all the pool was nice, they had great breakfast and staff were nice and helpful. I’d definitely book a room here again.

Room was clean the overall property needs an update. Room sink leaked into the bathroom floor. Pool and hot tube was nice and clean.
Property is ok for a one night stay close to highway and restaurants. I would not stay here again.

Comfort Inn & Suites Near Lake Lewisvielle, Denton, Texas CHARGED ME MORE then what was contracted through Hotels.com. They wouldn't give me a receipt the night I checked in. After my trip, I called the front desk and they emailed me my receipt. That's when I discovered the overcharge. Very shady and unethical practices.

This is a poorly managed hotel. The indoor pool was not heated. It made it impossible to swim in. The hot tub didn't work. It was also not heated. The room was average, somewhat clean. The one thing I didn't like was having to pay a $100 damage deposit plus a $.99 service charge. It took 1 1/2 months to get my deposit back. It did not include the $.99 service charge! During my stay, I had the fog lights stolen off of my car! What kind of hotel allows that to happen! If I was Expedia, I wouldn't promote this hotel on their website. It is not worth anyone's time or money!

Amazing hotel I've never had a problem staying at a comfort suites and this one did not disappoint. The front desk lady was so sweet and helpful and the room itself was awesome the AC kept out room so cold at it we loved it.

The first room we were given smelled of smoke (the AC may have been pulling in smoke from outside) so we were moved to a 2-queen-bed room since no more king rooms were available. That room did not smell. AC unit was noisy, but otherwise room was comfortable except for the chair being a bit stiff. Breakfast was just fine. Staff was courteous. Location was convenient.

I checked in late so went to he room assigned to me. Unfortunately there was water on the bathroom floor, so I placed the bathmat and a towel to soak it up. When I went to the front desk to report the problem. they assigned me another room that had no issues.
