Hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a yummy breakfast, just what I’d expect from a Hampton Inn. I’ve stayed in several over the years and they’re always a safe bet. My only complaint was that the pool was freezing cold. Wish they’d heat it because that’s the thing kids like about hotel stays the most.

Got in earlier than expected and had time to relax a bit before a dinner engagement that I had to attend. Everything was great, thank you.

Room was clean and organized. Breakfast wasn’t great but we appreciate that they had something to offer. Most hotels don’t offer breakfast anymore.

The water from the faucets had some particles in it.We couldn't use it for drinking or brushing our teeth.

I booked my room before I’ve seen that the weather dramatically changed and there was a tropical storm warning in the area (hurricane Helene). I needed to cancelled the hotel due to critical weather condition, however the property refused to issue a refund. I had to pay for a full stay even though I did not stay at the hotel. I’m very disappointed for a lack of flexibility since this is an unforeseen event. I will not book this hotel ever again.

Lovely customer service, clean rooms, great location right off the freeway. Air conditioning was perfect.

Terrible hotel. 1st room ac broken. Got locked out of 2nd room. Took 2 hours to get access by way of a fancy coat hanger that they had to get from the hotel next door. Smelled terrible and no way to wheel luggage to room. Had to carry down steps and down hall to room. Will never stay here again

This place is clean, nice and quiet all stores is a short walk away. The staff is so pleasant. Breakfast was good and had multiple choices to choose from. The pool is clean as well as the pool area. They even have a grill in near to pool area in case you want to bbq. I honestly can’t find one thing wrong to say about this place.I will definitely recommend them to my family friends and social media followers.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at Whirlin Waters Waterpark and it was a 3 minute drive to the hotel. Also, the hotel suite was way more than enough room for our family’s stay and it was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good..the room was dirty and the fridge made loud noises and the ac in the room barely worked when I turned it on..and the ac was louder then i expected.. I barely slept at all not worth the money spent

Great stay. One minor issue with the shower head but otherwise very comfortable. Shout out to Sarah who worked the front desk. She was awesome! Great customer service.

We had a good stay until check out in which the receptionist attempted to run our card again saying we had not been charged. I was at that point able to obtain screen shots of my Orbitz charge that had gone through and attempted to show her.
She seemed dismissive and asked for my card digits again. I said I’m sorry but I can’t give you payment again because I do not want to be charged twice. I told her this had recently happened in a stay in NY.
She finally said we were ok to leave but that put a damper in our nice and relaxing stay. Bummer!

This is a great hotel; clean, located near restaurants. The only thing lacking was a shelf in the handicap accessible shower for your own shampoo and conditioner and the bar of soap provided by the hotel.

Paid for a King bed when i got here it was a double bed room. Went to the front desk and was told that hotels.com transfer it to 2 queens instead of a king and that no king rooms were available . Even after showing her my receipt letting it be known that i paid for a king room. I always book through hotels.com and never heard of them transferring the rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was well maintained and its was centrally located.

Clean, well stocked room with full sized toiletries. Staff had amazing customer service skills-very friendly. Breakfast was delicious for the two days we were there-lots of hot and cold selections. The only complaint I have was that the pool was not open to guests. That is a big reason I stayed here so that was disappointing…but other than that, I will stay here again when visiting the area!
