Everything was excellent from the service provided by the front desk Alisha Anthay who was very a breath of fresh air to the cleanliness of the rooms. My twins enjoyed the breakfast especially the waffles.

I was quickly checked in, but upon arriving in my room, I noticed a terrible noise coming from the AC unit. No way would I be able to sleep. I went back to the service desk, told them of the issue and she immediately moved me to a new room. The whole process took only a few minutes. I didn’t have to wait for maintenance, they just took care of the customer. I always appreciate excellent customer service. Overall, though I only stayed 1 night, the experience was pleasant.

Great hotel. Breakfast could've been more edible. You nicer end hotels need to entertain the idea of real food and not all that processed stuff that guest just throw in the trash after 1/2 bites.

Nice area. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast wasn’t great. Sausage and biscuit had a funny taste. Fruits looked very old almost rotten. Other than that everything was great.

The receptionist made me feel unwelcome, she was in a bad mood 👎 normally they have some delicious water to drink or a very small snack close to the reception but not this time.

Reception and service are good. Bed is not confortable. Mattress is old and not very flat.
Breakfast is more fast than break, but included in the price, which is a good point (may be it would be better to pay 5US$ more and have a great breakfast).
No water bottles in the room (you have to buy in reception)

This place was very pretty with a great outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were wonderful!

When I we arrived I was informed the power was out in the building and was directed to the Courtyard next across the parking lots. The room carpet was wet in2 large areas. We were tired and needed to settle in but had an appointment with a family member. Turned the ac on and went to our appointment.

The beds were extremely broke down. We stayed 3 nights had our room cleaned one time. That’s because I caught the cleaning people on our floor and asked if they would be cleaning our room.

I needed a place to stay locally while some work was done at my home. I have a closer place I’ve stayed before, but it was all booked up. I chose Fairfield in the colony because it had a low price, so my expectations were low. I’m pleased to report it was wonderful. Not flashy but super clean and the staff were just wonderful!! The free daily breakfast was amazing as well. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family who visit. This was a perfect stay.

We were greeted with a smile and quick check in. Our journey to our room was bright and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were so comfy. At our age, we welcomed the walk-in shower with safety bars.
Breakfast selections were good, though a gluten-free option of breads would have been tasty along side the eggs and sausage.
And one more item I must mention, for all those who enjoy a hot cup of tea, they have a dedicated
Hot Water pot!

The coffee maker and ice maker in our room/ floor was broken. The cable was not working on the tv either. First night no cable at all, second night it was on and off intermittently.
