the front desk is very accomodative and friendly. lack of amenities is unfortunate, but still friendly staff made it better.

The hotel is within walking distance from the bus terminal for long distance. The facility itself was relatively tired, but good enough for a transition.

Great little stay in Hiroshima. Very close walk to everything we needed from sightseeing to the ferry to amazing local food.

The hotel was easy to get to from the train station by bus or tram. Hotel room was small which is typical for Japan. It is modern and clean. The hotel uses keys rather than room cards. The bathroom is small agin, but there are no hooks to hang your clothes. That should be addressed. The room has a kettle but they do not supply any tea or coffee. We had to buy our own. There is a small fridge to store milk etc. One annoying this is there is no bed reading lights. When you are sitting in bed at night, you don't always want the ceiling light on. For a new hotel it is an over sight. It has two washers and two driyers on the 2F, free for guest to use. However, there is only one lift. During peak times, you do need to wait longer than other hotels. Overall we had a good stay. It is very close to the peace park and most tourist attractions. Everything is less than 15 mins away. There is also a boat service to take you to Miyajima Island by the river. Overall, it is a good hotel but with small changes it can be much better.

It was a good hotel in a good location near the peace park. Very convenient. The food options weren’t the best, but it was ok. The down side was there is no restaurant on premises. The hotel features say that there is one, but there is none. 🙁 others than that, it was good.

Excellent location near the peace park, transportation, restaurants and other activities. Clean. Not huge, but adequate space. Thoughtful design. The staff was friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Highly recommended! Note -- google directed us to the alley behind the hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed. There have been some renovations since I last stayed, which make this business hotel feel a bit more modern. I highly recommend staying here as it’s walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and attentive.

A basic simple hotel. Small room with no tea or coffee in the room. There was a kettle.

Excellent location right by the peace park and museum. The room was a good size, if a little old fashioned, and staff were friendly. However, the aircon didn’t work very well and it wasn’t as clean as other hotel rooms in Japan (a couple of stains on blankets/bedding - nothing outrageous)

Its literally next to the Hondori which is a great place to shop and eat! Its also a 2 minute walk to the A-Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Park. This is a great location to explore all the famous tourist locations in Hiroshima. Even the famous Hiroshima Castle! You can walk to the Hiroden train which is nearby! It will will take you Around Hiroshima City! I recommend this hotel if your planning to visit Hiroshima and save money!!! I plan to someday come back again! Good location to Hiroshima attractions. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK A NON SMOKING ROOM. We got stuck with a room the size of a bathroom that stunk of smoke. Seriously small but it was a cheap room. Bed (small double) was terrible and both my wife & I woke up with very sore backs. Front desk staff were good. I won’t be back.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from Hiroshima Peace Park and a metro station.The rooms are very dated and could do with some refurbishment. But they are also very spacious by Japanese standards and very clean. The bathrooms very small though.

This hotel is in an amazing location by a lot of beautiful things including the memorial peace park and museum. What a perfect location. Also the rooms are cozy and the hotel is quiet. A beautiful place to stay and highly recommended
