It was great. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient. The area around the hotel was safe. The only problem we had was that we borrowed dvds from the front desk but the player could not connect to the tv so we couldn’t watch them. That was a little weird because why would the hotel offer dvds when the player wasn’t compatible with the tv?

This was a standard property that was very clean. Stayed here overnight after doing some wine tasting visiting a nearby restaurant. We would stay here again. Very clean property and appropriately priced.

No USB ports in rooms; otherwise, rooms with kitchenette very cozy. Never had housekeeping service over three nights. Luckily, room well supplied with towels and toiletries.

Ask for a room on the front side of the hotel! The back side is right on a sometime rather busy and noisy street.

Our check in and stay were fine except for the fact that the large TV in the lobby and the TV in the room were set to Fox News Channel. I consider this inappropriate as the channel is politically motivated and this is a corporate hotel. I will not stay there again if this is corporate directed.

The beds were hard some one TRYED to break in/come into my room 2 nights in a row between hours of 1:30-4, cleaning crew enter my room way before check out no knocking at all

the kitchen, suites were fine and clean. BUT the chemically enhanced scents they use for cleaning are so overwhelming - we literally had to keep our windows open to air the place out. Our clothes smelled of the same when we arrived home. Any public place should use fragrant free cleaning products. Many people have allergies and are strongly affected by fake perfumated scents filled with chemicals. We had to ask to change our rooms. the AC/Heater did not work properly and the refrigerator in the room was so loud we had to wear earplugs to sleep. the rooms were clean though.. but that scent was throughout the entire place. They take pets there - but the scent was so overpowering - and you could still smell the dogs!

My wife is in a wheelchair and we booked an accessible room. We were given a standard room and by the time we realized it, it was too late to move.
The lack of accountability made it very hard to get my wife to the bathroom and into bed.

I didn’t like being in a first floor room because I was not able to open the window because of the cars and people passing by. Also I requested 2 beds and was given 1 which left me and my guest uncomfortable.
