On arrival I was asked for a $150 cash deposit that hadn't been mentioned in any advertising of the motel that I had seen. The clerk finally agreed to accept my debit card, as I didn't have that much cash on me, but seemed to keep trying to discourage me from wanting the room. I don't know if this was because I had my Service Dog with me, or some other reason, but it is now four full days since I checked out, and that deposit has not as yet, been refunded to my bank. On arrival to the actual room, I found an overwhelming bleach smell. The microwave was malfunctioning, and the screen door to the sliding door was off the rail so I couldn't open the door to air out the room. There were large cockroaches, but luckily they seemed to stay in the bathroom, and there were no toiletries provided except little bars of soap. I stayed 7 nights, and on the third morning, finally had to chase down housekeeping for clean towels. Though they did come to my room the next two days to offer me clean towels. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for, but it was still the most expensive Motel 6 I have ever stayed at, and it seemed completely overpriced

Old and run down, dirty bedding and towels. The door had clearly been previously forced and safety latch broken. Lots of people loitering outside in car park. Front desk called room at 10pm (suspicious and unsettling).

there was a VERY strong odor of disinfectant like Lysol, It took hours with the windows open and fan on until it dissipated

This particular Motel 6 is close to where I need to be during my staff. I've always had a good stay at this particular location.

The housekeeping could be better. Bathroom mirror and sink were not cleaned daily, nor was the floor. The bedding was not changed during my 6 day stay there. Clean towels were provided four times out of the six days I stayed there. Ran out of toilet paper and it was not replaced one day. Fortunately, I bring my own just in case. I don't like having to go to the front desk for extra towels or toilet paper.

There is an old shed in the back corner of the property rusting away behind a large sea-train storage container that was just not eye appealing. I saw a window screen for someone else’s room laying on the ground. A little bit of mold or mildew in the shower ceiling of my room. Room is very plain looking compared to other places I have stayed at.

Staff was very friendly. Friendliest I have seen any where.
