Stayed with the family, really enjoyed it, good location, excellent pool and great friendly staff

Perfect place to stay in White Sand Beach. Close to night food marked, bars, restaurants, massage, shops, etc. Nice room, nice pools and spa. Beach is pretty good. Restaurant is nice with good food. Breakfast is almost top ten, if they could add cheese and bacon, it would be perfect. Fitness room is average. Tread mills screams after mantainance. So do the rest of the equipment. All in all a very nice place to stay. Recommended.

We stayed for a week, really enjoyed it. Bed very comfortably very and room very clean. Well kept pool, sun loungers supplied also towels easy to fall asleep listening to the ocean. Staff very friendly.

Wonderful beach and beachfront restaurant and bar. Sooting and romantic atmosphere.

We had to ask to move rooms as the first one felt like it was falling apart, broken furniture, towel rail falling off the wall, shelf fell off (riddled with whiteant). Rooms were old and dated, in desperate need of repair. The restaurant was shut undergoing renovations, which we were not made aware of when booking

From what was available for our visit to Koh Chang, this hotel looked ok so we booked. The rooms were ok, nothing extraordinary. This hotel does not have elevator so be aware. No bar service at the pool, the bar was there but closed throughout our stay. When checking out a day early, forms had to be filled and signed, like a prisoner, needed to state reason for leaving etc,

The stay at Kacha Resort was great. Staff are very professional and focused on their customers. With the use of two pools with swim up bars, ocean front lounge chairs and umbrellas, and buffet breakfast it was perfect. Mini marts, shopping, and restaurants all in walking distance. Don't forget the restaurants at the hotel, food and service was great. The family enjoyed the Seaview all three nights!

We stayed here for three nights after a hike in the Himalayas. The hotel was wonderful and a bit more luxurious than anticipated. The price was terrific too.

I’ve stayed there two different times now and would definItaly stay again. The resort is divided into two sections; the seaside and the hillside. We stayed on the hillside section where our room overlooked one of two pools. The local area is touristy yet quiet. There are bars nearby but they’re far enough away that they’re no disturbance. Such a great vibe on the street once all the food vendors come out in the early evening. Love the included breakfast too.

Some of the staff was very friendly, but overall not as nice as most resorts I have stayed in Thailand. Rooms were cleaned well--would be better if they didn't leave the doors open while cleaning because did allow some mosquitoes entry. Towels need to be replaced, a little worn. Need to improve amenities, no soap provided and refillable pump bottles in my shower did not work. Nice pool area and great location to most of the white sand beach area. Certainly served it's purpose but seemed a little expensive compared to other similar/even nicer looking resorts. Great sunsets here.

Perfect location...Hotel is very close to street market and convinience stores. Staffs are very friendly. My room is nice. Totally, I will come back for sure:).

Great Hotel Super convenience and perfect location, First I looked at the reviews of this hotel. They make me be a bit worried about services but their staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to cafe convenience store, gift shop and pharmacy. At night, I can come out to find street food ,enjoy night market. I will come back with my family again:).

Fantastic stay in a great hotel right on the beach in Koh Chang

The resort is in good location and presentable. Needs pest control. Has huge variety of breakfast... But as we are vegetarian did not enjoy much.... Though had selected the hotel seeing that it does cater to vegetarian. Coffee was awesome. As I was not well asked for banana for my breakfast.... They could not arrange as it was not in their menu. So my point is staff is not helpful.I also find them rude.... Because the first evening when we were trying to get familiar to the place..... We tried to ask in reception the way to a restaurant and the staff very rudely answered us to wait. You might be having lot of check in but you cannot be rude as you are in service sector.

Arrived during low season, alot of work on going getting it ready for up coming season, hotel liking good and recommend to others
