The hotel was OK. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was not very clean, the mattress was quite soft and uncomfortable and the bathroom had a lot of black mold. I understand that it is due to the humid climate, but it is still rather unacceptable.

The hotel is just minutes (by free shuttle service) to the old town center of Tavira which is lovely. Hotel is clean, quiet and has a first class breakfast. Large rooms.We enjoyed a couple of dinners too which were well prepared. The pool is large and well maintained. Plenty of chaises. Best of all was the staff. Friendly, always helpful and attentive. Great choice with small children ( not us) or a romantic vacation

Beautiful hotel, at 5m driving from Tavira and all the nice beaches ( Barril, Cacela Velha, Cabanas, etc). Breakfast pretty good with views, nice pool, very good service and nice simple decoration with the typical portuguese cork.
Gym is limited but thats not why people go there :)

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The architecture of the building is very cool, with an amazing mezzanine restaurant overlooking the pool. The pool was a perfect temperature and size.

The swimming pool is too small for the size of the hotel. The gym requires maintenance, really small gym, not for a 4 start hotel. The room was big, well clean but air con doesn'twork well.

The staff are nice and the property is ok but the rooms are not suitable for 4 adults. I booked 1 week in Portugal staying at this hotel and I had to cancel the reminder of my stay after 1 night. I made it clear the booking was for 4 adults and this hotel only has rooms for 2 adult guests. They provided a small child's bed and a single sofa bed which again was not adequate for an adult.

Charming hotel but highway noise was bad.
No internet service. Difficult to deal with work issues when you can’t get online to check emails.
Far from town and nothing within walking distance.
Breakfast was lovely. Room was comfortable but the third “bed” was not.
Didn’t use the pool but it looked amazing. Onsite restaurant was nice.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The restaurant cuisine is excellent. Highlight was my wonderful massage. Massage therapist is very good.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful bar/restaurant area and great food. Transfers to and from local towns very handy and padel court is a welcome addition. Highly recommend!

Exceeded all our expectations. Excellent on site restaurant, beautiful pool, great interior design and very clean site. For my birthday, the staff put in our room a bottle of sparkling wine on ice. Very nice touch and very much appreciated.

Initially the lack of tea facilities, iron and usb ports were resolved quickly and professionally. All staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good quality and public areas including the pool were well maintained. I recommend this hotel

This hotel is in a lovely setting with several amenities. The room was very comfortable;
the social areas are spacious, light, and pleasant. What stands out most was the service. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. We ate at the restaurant twice and can highly recommend the asparagus, mushroom risotto. We walked in for the wine tasting, and the charcuterie that accompanied it was so plentiful that it became our supper. It is on the outskirts of Tavira. While the location isn't ideal for those who travel by train and walk, it's easily accessible by taxi or uber, and the hotel offers a limited shuttle service.

Lovely hotel with easy, free parking. Particularly good breakfast with sea views from the restaurant. It is on the outskirts of Tavira, so nice and quiet. I believe there is a shuttle into Tavira but we had a car so didn't use it. Lovely pool and friendly, helpful staff. .Very clean and attractive rooms.

Strange policies with pool and other amenities. Hours of operation and towel service seemed archaic. Need card for towel, one per day. A litany of rules read aloud prior to getting access. Was kinda lame.

The Ozadi was a very nice hotel. We only stayed one night to recover from our jet lag, but next time we’ll stay longer.

The grounds are beautiful, the swimming pools are great! The beach is not sandy but pebbly so I recommend bringing your water shoes but the water is beautiful: clear, perfect temperature, calm so you can have a nice swim.... the food is pretty good, lots of choices for everyone. I definitely recommend it!

We came in late and were welcomed by a very friendly and professional staff.
They gave us all needed information. The room was spacious and very clean. It was quite and the air was fresh. The bed and pillow were just perfect!
The price was very affordable. We only stayed for one night but we will return again.

Hotel send a message saying they could not honor of booking then denied it being sent Reception Mansger kep my standing for almost 2hours when checking out trying to sort issues with Hotel.com that had nothing to do with me! We missed our train, however the transfer ti the train station was covered by the hotel
