NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Hotel engaged in "bait & switch" me. They sold me a King Bed, then gave me two twins. When demanded a King, they moved the 2 beds together & put a sheet over it. Pure madness.
Outrageously overpriced for what you get? NEVER stay here. The hotel then double charged me for breakfast. Confronted manager & they said too bad for you and told us to cry him a river. Rude beyond words. Website pictures totally misrepresent the room sizes, in fact they are so small you don't even have enough room to change your mind. I REGRETTED THIS STAY. The review is real. You've been warned.

This hotel’ service is not a five-star hotel. And I feel that the staffs are not professional. I left a luxury clothes and immediately call to the hotel, they don’t try to find it. I keep contacting them by email, they ignored it. If All members of the staff receive training appropriate to their work, they don’t treat customers like that. You, Kings court hotel, do you think the guests who has left is not your guests anymore? Shame on you! Are you happy with get a luxury item like that way?

My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place

Every was excellent including the restaurant and whle the breakfast buffet was amazing the food hot food section ws generally cold (Scrmbeld eggs, beans mushrooms etc.)

We had a great stay at Hotel Kings Court. Air conditioning was so great since it was soooo hot in Prague. Staff was very friendly. So close and central to everything in Old Town Prague. Area was beautiful and safe.

Overall a great hotel, great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the main square, but also a little bit away so it's very quiet. A lot of restaurants, cafes and shops very nearby. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with nice amenities. The only downside was that the breakfast staff were a bit unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed not interested in being there. Too bad because it has the potential to be a very nice place. The breakfast itself is quite good, with a very wide variety of offerings. Despite the staff, I still enjoyed my stay very much and would stay again!

Excellent hotel. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Executive lounge is great. The only downside is that you can’t check in earlier. We ended up waiting till 0300 pm to check in. Otherwise fantastic hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Kings court hotel very much. The room was nice, quiet and modern, bathroom was beautiful, breakfast was delicious. It’s conveniently located in the center of town and we walked to all the sights.

The property and the surrounding areas were both gorgeous and perfectly situated two blocks from the Old Town Square. Beds were comfortable, including an extensive Pillow Menu of options and the room was relatively large and serviceable. No complaints and definitely lived up to its billing.

The property is lovely & the staff is attentive. Unfortunately, despite booking months in advance we were given 2 rooms directly across from the smokey casino so our room had the perfumey overlay of a smokey room. It was dark and the room was so small that there was no place to put a suitcase. Despite that the manager was kind & gave us day use of the lounge as he was unable to change our room. The breakfasts are fit for kings and their special pillow program is wonderful.

We loved our stay at Kings Court in July 2024. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to all the sights in Old Town. Nice restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating area. Beds were comfortable, all amenities were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great, the staff are wonderful and the breakfast is amazing.
You can walk to almost all the big attractions within 5-10 minutes - and the metro is right outside the hotel entrance.
There is a small spa pool. App. 10x4 meters and kids are allowed in the pool from 10-16. From 16-22 it is only for adults.
We are definitely coming back to this hotel next time we visit Prag - no matter if we have the kids with us or not.
