The furniture was damaged

A/C did not work, they tried to repair it for 2 days with no success
Staff forgets to clean the room, or bring the things we ask for, like the ironing board
The call for prayers is very loud and long at 5AM.
A truck seems to make noises every night around midnight

Terrible hotel. Smells bad all carpenter humid. I coudnt sleep. The worst hotel i ever seen. Dirty beds.

The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous.
There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby.
The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting.

I work in hospitality in Las Vegas as a floor manager.. the room I had a facilities issue, leak under the kitchen sink and bad odor , the air conditioning in the living room did not cool enough and the kitchenware some dishes and cutting nife were damaged, I let know about the issues and fixed, overall I have very cozy stay and the stuff super friendly ... I will be back soon

first want to be clear if there's less than one star I will give them that.
The hotel is nasty, roaches everywhere, broken sofas, burn marks on the floor, smells really bad and so on.....
I can not stress enogh to stay a way from this hotel you better of sleeping in your car.

First of all this propriety need to renew completly
Then accept to put in hotel.com
My appartment was too big and too old carpet with plane of fire places furniture broking insect in all the hotel i ask to change my room to smaler but acceptable they was colaborate and offre me a free breakfast

I saw cockroaches moving around the rooms.

It's a farm type property in the middle of nowhere. Loved it. Will definitely go again. Loved the gym especially. Highly recommended for "away time".

As far a cleanliness goes, the furniture wasn't in the best condition. They could use a material on the dining room chairs that doesn't stain. The stove/oven was a pain in the butt. It was hard to keep the elements lit on the stove and in the oven (i don't think the equipment is very well maintained). It was impossible to bake anything in the oven as it didn't have temperature readings on the dial. It was gas so it was either on, or off...And hot water is an issue apparently. Certain times of the day, it was a cold shower. The gym was pretty decent.
All that being said, I would stay here again. They could just do a bit more to maintain the equipment. The Engineer of the building was doing his best to accommodate us, but it's hard to deal with some things. The staff made it worthwhile.

I like the lady on reception they were so helpful but the man are not coz someone use my telephone in my room then they charge me the cost while its not me ,, the location is good spa and gym is good but bathtub is broken the furniture and linen are clean but old i think they need to renew it

Ok value for money for a short business trip. Some improvements needed. The area doesn't have many asphalted roads so area is very dusty and looks dirty. AC was a bit noise. The first 2 days they didnt come and clean the apartment then I realized you had to put a note in the door and no one had told me. The access is a bit confusing. There were mosquito in the room. The gym and sauna should start working earlier from 6 am at least so you can use before going to work.

Our stay at time ruby was wonderful . It was a great experience full of comfort.
They serve excellent breakfast which was a great help when on vacation with kids and family . The staff members are very cooperating and very friendly .
Our location was facing the beach which makes an excellent view from the bedroom.

I liked the hotel so much that I changed my stay from two days to six. I liked the hotel not only because it was clean and comfortable but it was close to everything: the beach and restaurants were walking distance, and the shopping malls were very short distance.

I stayed there for more than one month, the location is central, 10 minutes to Dubai, 10 minutes to Sharjah downtown, 5 minutes walking to the beach, free parking. The one bedroom flat is above average needs some enhancements, the kitchen is fully equipped but u can use only one because of the sole electric source. Housekeeping is the real problem as they always miss something each time (Shampoo, towels, tea , botteled water,vacuuming the carpet .....etc) . Overall nice hotel with excellent location but u will need a car for transportation.

I had an extra bed booked prior to my arrival with a manager on duty confirmed.
Once I showed and confirmed the notes, the person at the reception said no extra charge.

We were visiting friends in Sharjah and when we found this hotel the pictures were lovely there were views of the beach and the area looked very appealing, however when we arrived at the hotel it was not a true reflection of the photos advertising this hotel. It was in the middle of what can only be described as a construction site. There were much taller buildings surrounding it making it feel very dark and dingy, the sea views could not be seen due to the buildings, there's is no shops or amnenities nearby and the traffic is very bad which means expensive taxi journeys to get about.
The hotel/apartment is very clean and well presented and the staff were very helpful but overall if we returned to Sharjah we wouldn't stay here based on location I feel the photos of the hotel do not reflect the surroundings and you are led to believe the hotel is within walking distance of the beach this is not true yes you can see the sea if you walk to the main road but again it's fenced off and you couldn't get to the beach.
If you have transport and are familiar to this area then it would be a clean and comfortable place to stay if you want to sight see and explore Dubai and surrounding areas you may need to find a more centrally located place to stay.
