This is our 4th year that we stayed at Stardust Motel in the middle of August. Everything was exceptional and the services were consistent throughout the years. The staff were very supportive and we were very happy. The room was quiet and very clean, The transportation was very convenient and the location was not too far from any groceries. Within one mile radius, we could get everything that we wanted. We could not ask for anything more. If we decide to go to Naperville again next August, we will definitely stay at this motel. They are all wonderful !

I requested a nonsmoking room and it was very clearly a smoking room. There were no outlets near the bed so I couldn’t use my medical device. The room was basic. I needed it to sleep in and it was adequate for my needs, but barely.

Rooms are quit. I have never heard noise from the rooms beside or above. Parking just out side the door. Rooms are clean and roomy. Convenient for a long stay since room has fridge and microwave. This was the 3rd year I have stayed for a week and it seems that each year the property has improved with maintenance and upgrades. Good price with out frills.

It was a decent budget friendly experience. We needed a place to keep our things safe during a concert and to stay the night. We felt safe. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and never ran out of hot water. (Traveling with teen girls, lol) Check in and check out was ok and quick. Parking lot got really crowded later on, but it wasn’t terribly noisy. We could hear whenever the neighbors flushed the toilet. Overall, I’d stay there again for a night or two. I’d look for another place if I was staying longer.

stinky smell in office itself, so imagine how rooms are. I took a non smoking room but it smell like weed. if you have kids they will charge you $10 per night per kid. if yoy look at their policy it doesn’t state, i would not recommend anyone staying at this place. this place seriously should shut off. in the night, you will hear people shouting banging doors, its scary staying with family.

This place is a "Back to the Future" throwback to the 1970s and it should have stayed there. Antiquated microwave and fridge. They provide only 3 pillows for two people on a king sized bed and only 2 bath towels. My wife uses 2 just to shower. No coffee in the rooms, you have to go to the office to get it and it's in an old carafe style pot that sits on the hot plate and cooks. There are semi and permanent residents there, some look like transient street people that pay weekly or monthly "rent". Our 1st night, the AC didn't work, it was a 92° day. Wanted to move us to another room, the AC didn't work in it either. The next day I said we wanted to just check out and was told "No Refunds" so we stayed. We then had to move ourselves and all of our luggage to a room in another building, on another floor, because their maintenance guy was on vacation so the AC could not be fixed. I'm a disabled vet and there were no elevators. There we other issues as well. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone do NOT stay here, go somewhere, anywhere else. We'll never go back.

A little bit dated and the carpet hadn’t been hoovered. Couldn’t get the tv to work, but that was no big deal for me. There was a power cut when i arrived, but the staff did the best they could to get me in my room in the circumstances.

The room was the cleanest we have stayed at. The place was well maintained, although not "modernized": Check-in was awkward because the door to the lobby was locked and it took a while to get someone to open it. Good shower and instant hot water. Room was not particularly quiet, so be sure to wear ear plugs (worked for me). There was a refrigerator and microwave but no shampoo or in-room or lobby coffee. AC unit wouldn't work unless the thermostat was set to 65 and then it stopped working for a while then spontaneously started again. No restaurants very close. Ice machine did work.
