Amazing service would highly recommend

The Fairmont Pacific Rim made our trip to Vancouver extra special. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable. The doormen, bellmen, and car service drivers are top notch! Especially Jeff! We loved the vibe in the lobby bar. Great food and drinks at every dining location, including in room dining. The spa was lovely. All facilities were clean and well kept. The view from our room was beautiful. Great location. We will definitely come back to Vancouver just to stay at the Pac Rim.

Very hospitable, welcoming and amazing!

Staff are excellent and well trained

Would have liked a mirror in the room area anywhere as a person sharing the room with another, we had to take turns in bathroom as opposed to getting ready at the same time. That was the only downfall.

Great location right next to the harbor. Walking distance to most attractions. Great service and very comfortable rooms

While my stay was short we did get to enjoy the great service attitude of the staff. My only complaint was the hard uncomfortable mattress. Otherwise the room was excellent

Fairmont Gold Floor never disappoints. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and sightseeing. Staff go above and beyond to give you the best recommendations. Gold floor amenities were great. Good food and drink selection. Love the personal barista services. Hotel is located in a great location for shopping and transportation to major attractions.

The person who checked me in was extremely considerate and allow an early check in. She knew that we had traveled far. It was very appreciated.

The room

The best place ever. I don't even know what to say but perfection. This will always be my favourite hotel to stay in. The staff's attention to detail and ability to go above and beyond exceeds Forbes 5 star service. Every year, my girlfriends and I celebrate our birthdays here & there's no place we'd rather be. Our favourite thing to do is sit by the pool and order food and drinks! They upgraded us to the most convenient and spacious rooms to do so! We had 3 rooms in total for our august weekend! Every staff you meet is delightful! When you make a request, they are on it! When you want your room cleaned, they'll go above that! I had a big clump of wires for my chargers and they had organized them for me! Never in my life has a hotel done that for me! or would I even expect to do that for me! They also found my curler when I had lost it switching rooms on a different day! I always feel safe when I'm there because you need to have a key to access your floor so only hotel guests are allowed! The building is beautiful inside and out and always clean! Great location. Very nice room with beautiful view of the harbor and well appointed with modern furnishings. Giovani Caffe, on the hotel premises, makes excellent espresso drinks. The hotel entrance and lobby were a disappointment: seating in the lobby is reserved for the bar so I was asked to leave while drinking a cup of coffee from Giovani Caffe (there are no other seats in the lobby). It is also loud, and tacky, as are the luxury cars stacked outside crowding the entrance, and the pop up stores inside. I guess the intended effect is that guests are dropping in on a party. That’s not my idea of what entering a luxury hotel should feel like. Finally, we also found internet connectivity to be weak and unreliable.

Every staff other than Annah was in exceptional

Excellent

Got locked in the room. Lock would not open from inside. tehnician responded to my calls, tighetened the screws at the hinges and lock started opening from inside. Problem must have been known to hotel management. Sitution was wery unsafe in case of fire. I was at 22nd floor alone in the room. I was panicking, my heart beat/Blood pressure shot up.

The property is Excellent in almost everything

Looking forward to our next stay already!
