Location. Room views.

Staff weren’t overly friendly. It didn’t feel like a true hotel. No in-house facilities like a restaurant or bar area.

Perfect location for before or after a cruise, short easy walk from cruise terminal even with luggage Great location from which to explore Vancouver, on foot

The room was a great size and suited our needs. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the waterfront & CBD shops, Cafes & Restaurants. We went to the Lions Pub a couple of times for dinner & drinks, very nice English themed pub. Housekeeping staff were exceptional & friendly.

I found the bed to be too firm for my liking however my wife liked it. That’s it, everything else was great.

Loved the room layout and amenities, staff were super friendly.

A valet parking option would be nice. Special parking rates for hotel guests would be a nice touch. Parking invoice that you get tells you to pay in the hotel lobby before returning to your vehicle when in fact you pay as you leave the parkade.

Goede locatie.

My colleague had no creditcard to leave for a deposit, only debit cards. This was not accepted, neither was a passport, cash, or my creditcard even when I would arrive the next day. She was not allowed into her room, which was pre-paid, and had to book another hotel for the night. The receptionist was not cooperative and was not willing to think of a solution. All this after a 30-hour travel time from Europe… An awful experience.

Fast check-in and check-out. Fantastic staff.

Downtown near everything. Lots of space in the rooms. Friendly housekeeping staff.

Stayed for 9 days and the water on the last day was only hot which made for a quick shower!
