Staff were great, the room was large and comfortable, the TV was fab, and it was a great night's sleep. Would certainly return here.
Close to the best area in Vancouver for restaurants on Hamilton and on Robson for those who like shopping. Close to the water ferries to get to Granville Island.
We also stayed in the financial district near Coal Harbour. Coal Harbour is lovely and well worth a visit to walk along the sea wall into Stanley Park, with nice bars and restaurants on the waterfront.
I preferred the location of hotel Blu to staying in the financial district, but both are nice areas with lots of good restaurants, and both felt safe.
One area I would avoid staying or going to is Gastown. It's not worth visiting, and when we did, it stank of urine, and there were dozens of homeless/drug users around. I'm so pleased that we didn't stay near Gastown.

It was a great location for our needs. The staff was wonderful. We loved that complimentary laundry room. It felt very safe with the secure room cards.

Friendly, helpful staff. Water and apples available in the lobby. Coffee pods and maker; tea and teapot; refrigerator and microwave in our room. Beautiful pool and nice workout area and equipment. Complementary wash & dryer available for use.
2nd night noisy children in the hallway and room nearby with their tv turned up loudly.

It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

Our room with 2 queen beds was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The staff were very warm and cooperative. The pool was huge but the spa room was closed for maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

The guest service is unparalleled, they’re one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered on my trips!
Got asked multiple times by different staff members about my stay there. It looks like everyone is truly striving to make your stay with them your best time in Vancouver.

Staff in every department was friendly. Clean amenities. Personal touches in the room. Candy treats, coffee selection and essential oils were appreciated. Fun beach balls in pool area. Even an easy to use tv remote with a great channel selection.
The doors did not provide much sound proofing during the night while sleeping. The room was a little too warm and didn’t know how to control thermostat. The elevators seemed to have minds of their own.

It looks like the cleaning ladies could what did you like?
From what I could tell by observing the cleaning ladies they could use more pay, less work and better benefits. They all seem very unhappy with their employment. Vary sad to see.

Kind of the hotel as on honeymoon got a nicer room and bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. The room had a good layout, comfy bed and lovely bathroom.
Pool was small and crowded when went to use. No evening menu/ room service sadly.

The check-in was... odd. Mistakenly placed in a room meant for someone else who had clearly ordered a refrigerated birthday fresh fruit tray. Within a few minutes of arrival, reception staff came to the room in person to retrieve the fruit tray

Good location
Beds and flours in the room were filthy. They clearly don’t change the sheets as we payed down on the bed and got up to find dust and dirt all over us and I have quite a disgusting picture of the mess behind the bed since the cleaners clearly aren’t cleaning

The comfort level, cleanliness and quality of all amenities/appliances in the room are top notch while the elegant, understated design of the entire environment makes for a very pleasurable stay. Also, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff are outstanding.

The photos here does not do justice to how beautiful the rooms and hotel really is. The staff are all so nice and ready to help. The pool, hot tub and Sauna was definitely a hit, very clean and well kept. Will definitely be staying here again!
The pillows were not very comfortable, too big and made my neck hurt.

the parking , we had experienced a lot of small cars parking in the oversized parking for our vehicle which was reserved through the hotel - room service was amazing tho!!!

The pool and the bed were nice the room was well equipped and quite spacious, the staff at the reception was great.
The "smart" TV was impossible to connect to, it made the TV useless. We could hear people in the hallway and house keeping woke us up by knocking on the door, even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door! Very annoying when you wish to have a good long night of sleep.
