Great residence suite, spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Above all, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend staying there if you get the chance.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Nice view and location. Big living room is good for chatting and chilling. Washroom facilities are little bit old but acceptable.

Excellent hôtel great service, facilities and location. The breakfast is amazing. We stayed on the residence side, 2 rooms suite and we enjoyed a lot.

Worst nightmare ever. We paid almost 4000$ for this stay. First day we arrive, we love it. Biggest room, all in good condition. However the nightmare started in the evening. We were in a dining room, and we see a moving cockroach in the kitchen. Two…. I could not catch it as i am a phobia. I called reception right away and once they arrived it was gone. They sprayed many times then said its okay. Next morning we see another cockroach near the entrance. A big one. Again, it disappeared. Duty manager came in and told us they called pest control and so it should be fine. He wasnt very apologetic, maybe its because he didnt see one or physically or because its just a small insect. We stayed in the hotel For 4 nights. Not joking, we were living with them. Every night was a repetition. Someone had to come in and spray, every night. I did have a nightmare. We caught 12 cockroaches…….in 5 days , 3 of them being missing . Really? Intercontinental? I dare not posting roach photo here. i do have it with us.

Dining options were excellent food was incredibly good. You can walk into a mall from the lobby and purchase miscellaneous items or food, etc. thoroughly first class hotel.

We rate the Intercontinental Residences as 5*-. The location is very good. The appartment was very spacious and well furnished. The balcony has a nice view over Saigon building. The breakfast (served as menu) is far better than the one served in the sister hotel Intercontinental. The general aspect of the lobby is a bit dated (reason for our rating 5*-). In summary we are happy with our stay in the residences. The staff (front-desk, room cleaning service) is very good and helpful.

The breakfast options at the hotel were amazing (esp the buffet). Better than any other hotel we stayed at. I especially appreciate the food safety at the hotel.

The staff was phenomenal, I can't say enough about how helpful, accommodating everyone was. They went above and beyond whenever they got a chance to. The amenities and apartment were beautiful and as depicted online. The location is convenient, close to food and shopping, and cabs readily available.

Booked a 1 bed suite for 2 adults & a child but there was no extra bed for our child & only towels for 2! After much negotiation they agreed to an extra bed without charge. Had booked through Expedia with full party details so was somewhat stunned that they wanted to charge extra. The hotel also has a range of shops/ cafes between the hotel proper & residences (suites) which is really odd. We were only there one night & pleased it wasn’t for longer. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

2 bedroom balcony apartment is very spacious, with washer /dryer and beautiful view of the city. Hotel is a little far from cho ben thành though- about a 20 min walk in very hot and humid weather. Staff very nice and respectful. Breakfast buffet- a large variety of foods.

Stayed in their 2 bedrooms for 2 weeks for a long vacation visiting family. Impeccable service , staff very well trained and will go above and beyond-with a smile. Great complimentary breakfast buffet with some of their items changing daily. Room a little dated but clean and hotel is at convenience location. Best bang for your buck as room is really huge for hochiminh standard .The hotel connected to a small mall with plenty of restaurants and a convenient store. Everything is perfect except for the spa. One constructive criticism : why on earth they use bath towel instead of sheet for massage table and face rest. I booked a spa session , the spa is looking nice enough , but there’s no welcome drink pre massage which is fine , no essential oil burner to give out the spa like’s smell, that’s fine. But when I got to the treatment room ( which was very nicely build and decorated ) their massage table was one of those from the foot massage place , the face rest is a hole on the table ( not detachable and adjustable ) and the table is lined with rough bath towel and so does the face rest. Why on earth would you do that at a 5 star hotel ‘s spa ? The spa is a money maker for your revenue too , traveler usually spend upward 2-3 hundreds USD per visit but I feel like it been neglected by the hotel. I know, I’m whining about the spa, lol, first world problem. But I love this hotel so much and hope they could improve in that department so my next stay I can give it another try.

Pro: The 3 bedrooms residence we stayed is very clean and spacious with nice view to the city. Breakfast is excellent, fresh juice, good variety of Asian and western food. Con: the residence kitchen doesn’t provide basic things such as tea towels, dish detergent and has very limited plates, cutlery and cooking utensils

We stayed 2 nights at Inter-Continental Residence in Saigon. The hotel is in a great areas. Walking distance to Rex and VinMart shopping center. We were on the 15th floor. It’s like an apartment with kitchen, stove, microwave, dishes and silverware. Beautiful interior and very comfortable. For sure will stay come back again.
