Good value for money Room was clean and well presented

I booked an apartment because we could share an apartment with my elderly father, who we came over to NZ to visit and take away for a short-break. Prior to arrival I was contacted by the owners to determine what bedding configuration we required which was very helpful. The apartments were easy to locate on the edge of the Hamner Village, in a quite area with good off-street parking. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, and shown to our apartment. We were all very impressed by the condition of the compartment (spacious, well-laid out and spotlessly clean). The 'extra touches' such as providing beach towels in the event we wished to go to the local Hot Springs was very welcomed, as was the recommendations on where to eat. Whilst the apartments are on the edge of the village, we had our own car so that wasn't an issue as there is ample free parking in the village. We definitely plan to stay at this facility again next time we visit Hamner and have already recommended this place to friends and family in NZ.

The staff are great, nice views and easy parking. Shane provided excellent communication leading up to and during our stay. Lots of local knowledge!

The units are close to town, spacious and its great parking right at the door step for the frequent outings!

Wonderful stay at Hanmer Springs Shane and Amy made us very welcome. The apartment was lovely and clean with plenty of space and only a short walk to the spring's. The walk to the waterfall is a must a really enjoyable stroll.

Amazing place to stay. Was extremely quiet. Good sized apartments with everything you need. The patio and garden were great, so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again

The apartment was nice, very clean and at a walkable distance from the village. The garden was very nice and well maintained and we could enjoy some time outside. The host and hostess were very helpful indicating what to see and do in Hanmer Springs.

Very spacious and well appointed apartment only a very short drive to town centre. Arriving to a warm apartment with the thoughtful owner having put on the Heatpump earlier in the day. Will definitely be back as nice and quiet with plenty of space.
