Excellent service at front desk

Everything was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lounge with good beer, wine and food and slept well.

Staff was extremely friendly, check in and check out very easy. We were welcomed every time we came and went throught the day. Our key cards required resetting daily - which seemed to be after housekeeping would come by - but that was a minor inconvenience and the front desk was able to fix it each ime very quickly. The complimentary breakfast was okay, pancakes, sausages eggs along with cold items such as cereal and pastries, although I didn't feel like I could sit back and relax in the room in which it was served, so the next day I went to IHOP to be able to enjoy a relaxed breakfast with a few cups of coffee. It was just the atmosphere of the room is all. The hotel was clean throughout, but a bit dated. Of course it is an older hotel but removal wall paper, change in carpet with fresh paint would do wonders. It was high temperatures outside but the AC worked incredible. The bed (although listed as a queen) seemed more like a double. Too soft for me unfortunately to the point I woke up numerous times throughout the evening with difficulty of getting back to sleep, but I think that is more of a personal issue so I'm not blaming the hotel for that. All in all the hotel was clean, the staff was so polite and it was the lowest cost with complimentary breakfast I found for the three days I stayed. Close by you have several restaurants and it's not far from shopping and parks so the location was great too. Good hotel for someone on a budget for sure!

Manager was great and night staff. Let us leave our vehicle there for the week only complaint the carpet had been washed and was still damp.

This place surprised us - was a really nice, clean, friendly place to stay. Reasonable prices and great location. Highly recommend!

Nice place, spacious room and excellent breakfast. It’s not a five star hotel but it’s very nice for a budget hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Old building but our room was completely updated and clean. Some street noise but not unbearable.

We had a very late check in and the lobby staff made it quick and easy. Rooms were clean and spacious. My favourite part was the breakfast: eggs, hash browns, pancakes, and more! Room was a very reasonable price. We would 100% stay again :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy street so a lot of traffic noise all night on street side. The breakfast was delicious with many options. I would stay again.

This is an older hotel, but the room was clean, the shower was good and hot, and the breakfast was great. The thing that set this place apart for me was the friendly and attentive staff. Job well done! Great value for the overnight traveler.

Cleanliness Problem

The Travelodge is an affordable place to stay and has always had clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is good.

We liked the staff. There were a number of things missing in the room however the staff tried their best to rectify the problems.

We pulled up to the travelodge, right beside it was a strip club and a liquor store. We saw a stripper in her tassels smoking outside and a group of drunk men. Definitely not a family oriented place to stay!! I do not recommend!

The great free breakfast we had before hitting the road,would stay there again for sure.

Called ahead that we would be a late check-in. We were told not to worry at all that our room would be held for us and 24hr front desk service. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean, neat, and quiet. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and room temperature was perfect with no loud AC to keep us up at night. Large mini fridge to accommodate our cooler items overnight. Microwave also provided. A variety of hot and cold items were provided for breakfast. Dining area kept neat, clean and well stocked. Check-in and check-out were fast and friendly. Nice experience and would stay here again when needed. Thank you!

The property was under renovation

Not quite up to.my standards. Wanted coffe in room in morning. Had everything except sugar and stir sticks. Carpet in room not the cleanest. Staff was very friendly and polite

Travelled as a single, stayed one night on level 2. seems clean was quiet, not rowdy. strong water pressure USB-A & C charging ports in room lighting is thoughtfully done/renovated Lotion Hot continental breakfast security cameras Excellent staff support Blackout curtain - AC is an older type & not powerful - A bit dated looking - May not be the most family friendly area
