Decent hotel. Could be better with some updates.

I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t close all the way. There was a street light on all night outside our window that we couldn’t block out.

Good stay, it was a comfortable bed and nice space. If it wasn't for the noise, loud music, someone banging next door which was the lobby restrooms early in the am, and the bathroom smelled bad in our room it would've been a perfect stay.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. A little slow checking in, but the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The elevator did not work and we had a handicapped person in our group. We were not warned or compensated with a ground floor option. The elevator had been out of commission an extended time before our arrival. Rooms could use some cleaning. There is a large amount of semi drivers with it's location to the interstate. It is close to the Dunes parks, but not much else.

It was ok. We checked in easily, but the room had a broken toilet and broken AC. Front desk quickly changed our room. The carpet was worn, decor in rooms is very dated. Staff was very nice.

I did not stay at the hotel because of the condition of the rooms- one smelled like cat urine and the other like cigarettes. Expedia and Comfort Inn would not give me a refund despite the fact that I did not use the room. I will no longer use Expedia or stay at the Comfort Inn.

They never cleaned our room, never charge a towels

They were not ADA accessible. I paid for king room. When we got there with my 15 year old handicap daughter the elevator was out and they had no way for us to get to our room so they down graded me. It was dirty and they had no food. It ran out.

The property was run down. The carpet throughout needed a good shampoo. The room was not clean.

Elevator not yet fixed, but can tell they're working on it. Room was clean, staff was courteous and quick to address things. Breakfast was good, and kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub after a day of hiking.

Elevator was broken. Elderly Senior citizens had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Staff offered no help. Our toilet was plugged. Staff DID NOT FIX, merely provided a plunger for ME to fix. I did so. Carpet filthy. Room was bare with little furniture. Air conditioner was cycling on/0ff (mostly OFF) every 60-90 seconds. Only redeeming feature was the comfortable bed with clean sheets. Bad experience.

Overall not pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Hair on bed spread, dirty pull out bed/couch with crumbs in the bed, dirty carpet, and bathroom that didn’t appear to be clean. Elevator was broken as well. Appreciate the hot continental breakfast.

We really just needed a place to sleep. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was soooo comfortable!

Of course the sheets and bedding were clean but the carpet throughout the facility is disgusting. Literally turn my child's feet black in my room from the dirty carpet.

Inconvenience-We get there the lady at the counter inform us that the elevator was out of order since the end of June. We got there on July 4th and stayed till the 6th. The elevator still out.
We asked for some inconvenience credit off from our stay, but she said that her manager said no.

Dirty- Another guest that was there that was talking to my friend said that they had to check out early because they found a roach in their room. They even brought it to the desk.
Smae orange juice cup on the stairs vent from the day we got there till we left.
Unsafe- Our door wouldn't lock properly unless really pushed.

There was never anyone at the desk you had to call to get anyone to help you and the fire alarm kept going off making the hotel evacuate. Rooms looked nothing like the pictures online and the lights in the room never worked.

The elevator did not work. The remote control for the TV was taped together. The room smelled like dirty towels. The thermostat on the wall did not work and we had to use the control on the unit on the wall. The cover to get access to the controls was also broken. When we went to breakfast the next morning and then went back to our room, our key didn’t work. When getting that resolved at the desk, 2 other people came with the same problem.

As expected...it was a good stay. A few minor issues: 1. Baseboard in bathroom was dirty and really needed to be wiped down, 2. Elevator was not operating at check in and still not repaired the next day. Not a major problem for us, but there was a woman there while we were checking in who looked concerned that it was out of order...she looked like she might have trouble managing the stairs. What is your contingency plan for this type of situation?. 3. Temperature in the breakfast area was too warm.

The gal at the receptionist that worked sunday. Did everything but her job. Hotel lost partial power to the hotel. When as if she called the electric company what the eta was. She refused to find out or to get a hold of a manger. The power was out by 7 am and by 10 pm and asking about a second time about when the electic company expects to have power on. She refused to do her job. Because the rooms were very hot and there was poor lighting for the stairs. It was unsafe to be there.
I found bed bug in my bed and got bitten up and when i was leaving. I found a sheet that was flip upside down and had human waste stains on it. I almost threw up, thinking about the fact i was sleeping with that for 2 days.

We thought the service and housekeeping staff did a good job. Appreciated the daily service and breakfast. However, the building NEEDs updating/renovation. The carpet was worn, carpet transitions falling apart. No locks on room bathrooms. Room Bathroom rusty, outdated, shower curtain rod falling out of the wall, bathtub chipped. Bath towels are worn out, have holes. Beds were good and comfortable, we slept well. Pool and hot tub was decent. However, the pool room was extremely humid and hot at night, maybe AC needs updated for pool room?

An overnight stop. It's a 2 star motel. Decent night's rest. Average breakfast. Staff is pleasant. They do a good job from the front desk to the breakfast to cleaning the rooms. The hotel will need to be updated some time but it is fine for now.
