Our family really liked the travel desk. He was very professional and helped us to get what we wanted. He even went out of his way to be there for us when he was not supposed to be. He got out the maps of Delhi and showed us where to go and what to see. He made sure his driver showed us all the places of the map and the driver was excellent. I highly recommend visiting travel desk. You will get excellent services.

I was sent to Park inn Hotel next door for a higher rate (they charged me 29 USD instead of the original booking of 23 USD. This is cheating. The outside of were nothing like the pictures for both hotels. The hotel is dirty. I saw tooth picks left on the sofa.

Awful service and advertised facilities are false - just not worth it! Just unapologetic cheats unfortunately. - The Hotel said they would pick me, but didn’t. Then said they didn’t have a reservation for me, made me wait 1hr and a half and numerous calls to try to sort out before I had to get a taxi from airport myself which they would not refund. Stated didn't give out free airport shuttle despite showing it on the website. Then changed tack when I showed them the site, and said they would only do it one way! Be aware! (since noticed previous review stated similar issues) - No daily housekeeping for my "Premium Room" - done once in 4nights consisting of man standing on a towel and walking around (and this only happened because I complained 3 times that it hadn't been done). - Their is no Sauna, Fitness Centre, Steam Room, Lazy River as at (time of writing) they claim they have. - No Fan, Hairdryer or Ironing Board in room as advertised - Window ill-fitted so constantly open, meaning water flooding carpet, leading to room smelling of damp. Also could hear everything, happening outside, during the night. - Wi-fi is awful to non-existent, have to call up regularly to get a new code which rarely works and when it does, takes 5 minutes to load one page! Not ideal if want to research locations/places to eat etc. - Breakfast food and location was ok

its location..very near to the railway station, also close to the metro station. Manager is nice and helpful, other staffs were very good too.

It was good stay here among very friendly people and really comfortable room

The room was very dirty and the sheets were not clean - they had not been changed from the last guests! There was one dirty towel and no toilet paper. We called housekeeping to change the sheets and when they came to do so we found evidence of bed bugs on the mattress and the walls. We left the room immediately. The hotel staff were not surprised when we told them we were leaving because of bed bugs. They said the owner would refund us but after we left they decided not to issue a refund. The place is way overpriced for the condition of it. Do not stay here, the place is disgusting. Hotels.com did not refund us either.

Located in crowded area. One thing is good that you can find people of your country , The hotel was good, the staffs too.can be recommended by me.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was average. It is close to many great areas to visit. 100-150 rupees can get you can places. It is very noisy in that area so bring a sound machine to help with sleep. Also, shower early or late. I showered in the middle of a busy shower time and had no hot water. Lastly, the hotels.com description is not correct. There is no airport shuttle offered even though it is stated. I boooked a premium room for this reason, showed the manager the booking and still no luck. Also, I saw no lazy river or spa here.

Overall hotel was nice and clean too. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The price I received was good value compared to other city hotels. Good free wifi. Pretty good breakfast. Not sure what else there is to say.

Lot of leakages in the bathroom which was not fixed .Food was good, Breakfast Buffet could have had more varieties.

Our family (my wife and three children under 5-yrs) stayed in a "triple" room. While the single bed was a rollaway cot, we were impressed with its matress. We also were impressed with the king-size mattress. The staff was excessively helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good - except that we didn't care for the mutton. The breakfasts were great.

Hi Guys I stayed in hotel Aura for 15 days with my wife, 7 nights I booked from hotel.com which was very good decision. When I tried to extend the next 8 nights through hotel.com the hotel management was not friendly , they were little rude saying if yu book online we will change your existing room which we dont wana leave until our full stay.The service they provided was just average, no water bottles nothing. The hotel staff except 1 or 2 people are sort of rude specially the guy who sits in reception sometimes instead of Mr.Ram , who is alright. On our second last day they tried to fetch extra 1 day rent from ous, which we already paid.They also increase your food bill, so be careful .Overall the hotel was just average good for just 1 or 2 days.If I have to go back Delhi from London I will not go back in hotel aura for sure. I am going to visit india again in january , this time I have booked hotel Taj chandigarh, looking forward for the stay.

room as such and the bathroom is clean and tidy. DONT get them to take care of the travel arrangements if it is by road and especially by bus.The supposedly A/c bus for a trip to Agra started late by 2 hours, turned of the A/c even before reaching Agra and didnt bother to turn it on for the rest of the journey, the operators (Himany Travels - disgusting) tried to fleece the travellers on every count - food, shopping etc.
