I booked a suite for my family of 7 and got one king bed and a pullout

"overbooked" so give room too small for our family of 6. Offered another room with a frozen up. Ended up with two kids on floor without extra bedding despite us going to front asking and half the number of towels needed. No housekeeping, saw one in hall to ask for towels and she told us to go downstairs desk. Breakfast scarce options and low quality.

We were greeted with a smile at checkin and the breakfast staff was outstanding.

1st I was given the wrong room 2rd the Heat /AC quit working woke up 04:30 67' Cold Good Breakfast! starts @ 06:30 hard to make meeting @ 07:00?

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. We like to walk to dinner after being in the car all day. We were unable to do this.

Breakfast was great! Very noisy, walk in shower was terrible, walk was every where when we finished. Very thin, small towels, needed more. No body wash or shampoo.

The room was nice. Only noise was the train nearby. Staff was very helpful to get our heat on.

Worse hotel stay I have ever experienced. While checking in I had to listen to a conversation on speaker phone while the guy checked me in. The person on the other side hurled profanities around like it was her job. The only thing I remember the guy saying was I’m at work can you stop cursing. I was able to check in early with the help of a manager however the sun shade in the room broke while closing it with the remote. I was told there was no one there that would be able to fix it until Monday which would be two days later and I would be gone. At 315pm I asked to be placed in a different room. Mind you the room that I was initially placed in was a handy cap room which was not what I booked. They attempted to place me in another handy cap room. I asked to be placed in the type of room that I booked online I was told was there were no other rooms available as they were completely booked. At the time there was a total of 4 cars in the parking lot. I finally was able to speak with a manager and they placed me in the correct room. As I stated, the worst experience ever and I have stayed in multiple hotels in Cordel!!

The front desk staff was very nice and the check-in was easy. That was really the only positive about this property. The room was nasty it was so dirty and was hot and we could not get it to cool down. I tried to call down to the front desk but the room phone did not work. The AC was very loud and would literally cycle between on and off every 7 minutes which made it impossible to sleep.

Out of body wash but was able to get some from the desk. Shower wouldn’t drain and held water all night. Bathroom needs to be updated.

After making a reservation online, the hotel called and said they didn’t have any rooms. Therefore we had to scramble to find another hotel.

Hotel was very dirty! Room was not stocked with towels. Breakfast not that good. Ruff stay for paying $200. DO NOT stay here. I will say that the check-in staff was polite and kind.

We were on a business trip and when we got to the room, the room smelled like urine, the refrigerator was not working, the pull out couch had a stain on it that looked like blood. Due to full booking, they were unable to replace the mini fridge, we had some foods that needed to be cold and ended up using ice and our lunch bags to keep our foods/milk from spoiling. I tried to speak with the assistant manager as directed, but she was not in yet by the time we had to leave at 8am. I left my phone number to call and never received a call. Other than the room, the hotel was clean and nice. Staff was somewhat helpful.

The breakfast [including the hostess] was very very good. Well stocked, fresh & delicious. The bathrooms had absolutely no towell racks. No place to hang your towel or washcloth. Must have missed the housekeeping the first morning. Luckily we stayed only two nights. VERY difficult to find correct temperature setting in room - had to put it on "cool", but try to set it in the low 70's

5 day Stay, Business trip. 2 towels in room, Took Shower day and nite . Day 3 , ask for clean towels, leaving am , 12 hour day , no towels, nor room service, Day 4 am , ask for towels and room service, arrived pm , 12 hours later. No Room Service and No Towels, back to Front Desk, 3 hours later received, 2 Well Used Pool Towels. Go somewhere else. My Best Advice. 30 miles North or 30 Miles South, Much Better Hotels. You have Been Advised and Warned.

This hotel was average quality with no frills. It was okay for a basic room for the night. The hotel was fully booked and apparently the front desk staff was frustrated because they were not very helpful or friendly and were very short tempered when we asked for assistance.

The hotel looked clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. They did not clean out the fridge when cleaning the room. We found cookies and a half drank bottle of water in the fridge. The air conditioner worked great. When checking in, I was not asked for my ID, so anyone could have checked into my room.

We were assigned to a room that was not cleaned. Bed was slept in etc.

Checked in was never asked for iD to verify identity when checking in. When got into our room the room smelled moldy it was to the point we could not breathe. Went into the bathroom and seen next to the tub that the sheet rock had been replaced. You could tell it was wet. Asked to be moved. Was told fully booked and would try to find a room comparable to the room we booked. Moved us to another room. Room did not have separate couch and tv like we originally booked. Was told no more rooms available. Asked for discount then was told all rooms are priced the same so I would have to pay the same amount as other room. So after that came back later to grab extra pillows. Was instructed there where no more extras. Went to grab something out of the snack area and could hear the employees joking and cussing in the back like they are just having some good ol time at home. Went to take a shower after the others and could not due to only have 2 towels. Fast forward to breakfast. Floor sticky when you walk. Food was just ok. Best thing was the coffee. Definitely won’t book there again.

Room was old. Light bulb out in room. Water from shower leaked on to floor. Next door to closed run down hotel. Not close to any restaurants. Would never stay here again.
