Front lobby refused to honor my booking claiming it was showing in their system even though I showed booking confirmation number.

The Location is good

Bathroom wasn't clean..the toilet or the tub Towels were dirty along with cigarette burns in the sheets ..And I stayed in a non smoking room. Room also needed a good dusting and carpet wasn't vacuum

How my brother was treated was unacceptable. I rented him a room for 2 nights online because he has no heat. He walked to the breakfast area asking for coffee for his room since they didn't leave any, and the staff started yelling at him no and that he couldn't have breakfast either. I paid in advance for his room and if I had known the staff was going to discriminate against him based on his appearance I would have found another hotel.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful to my brother.

It was the only one available when we came in late. The girl at check in was pleasant and helpful.
