Toasters were heating on one side causing a long wait. No staff around the breakfast area to ask questions or assist.

We were driving from Florida to Minnesota. This was the best breakfast bar on the drive north. Very friendly staff.

This was one of the worst days that I have ever had for a Marriott hotel if I could post the pictures of hotel and non-cleanliness of the room I would I will never stay here again!

I do love the Marriott hotels a lot. I choose them almost always you get what you pay for. We loved the breakfast and the beds were wonderful 😊
I felt mislead on the private bathroom in the King Studio. I have always understood that the private bathroom option meant a private jacuzzi in the suite. The lady down at the counter looked at me like I was crazy because I asked her why there wasn't one in the room and responded saying we don't have those here. Made me feel weird and I didn't like it. On the listing it read bathroom and or shower and also said under the king Studio description private bathroom. So maybe have the hotel adjust their room descriptions so more people don't feel mislead. I really was excited and planning on that private bathroom to be what was described. In previous bookings that is what I have booked before and was listed as private bathroom.

they had me to pay 30 extra dollars and said I would get it back on my card when in checked out within two days and it’s going on two weeks and the money still hasn’t been put on my card I could not look at the tv I called the front desk and told them the tv didn’t work the lady at the front desk said she was going to come up there the see why it didn’t work she never came anddd it wasn’t 11a.m and the housekeeper was knocking on the door I was still sleeping I answered her she still use her key good I had the inside lock on the doorSMH

It was clean and a friendly staff and the TV gave the option for internet TV.
The thermostat did not work and the water in the bathtub was warm not hot. I needed a hot bath to soak by sore back. The water was not hot enough to bathe.

bee sound in the bathroom…all night. breakfast included starts at 7am. tv didn’t work very well. desk staff were a little creepy.

Mr. James took care of my family needs. I was disappointed when I first arrived and seen the worst room on my opinion. The next day Mr. James made my stay so much better with a much better room to accommodate my family and I. To God be the Glory Thank God for Mr. James. Amen.

No clean rooms at 3. Tired from trip and had to wait to check in. Housekeeping knocked to clean room well before checkout.

Breakfast was good, and location
The room had a musty odor, and it needed upgrading. The mattress seemed old and was not too comfortable, and the sheets were thin. TV was small compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
