Passing through and looking for an inexpensive lodging option. This was super cheap. Room was dark and a bit damp-smelling. Strange for a desert climate. I’d pass on this one next time.

Given a last minute reservation, I ended up at this hotel due to the ratings of 7.4. I’ve used other apps where anything above a 7 either nationally or internationally has never disappointed. But given the actual state of this hotel, I feel obligated to rate so that others don’t make the same mistake: this hotel is a 2/10 at best. Spider webs on ceiling, floors dirty, dust everywhere, bathroom appears to have mold, bed is so soft your spine is forced to bend. It was noisy (although not the hotel’s fault). I don’t mean to bash the hotel or staff (the 2 minute check-in interaction was friendly enough), it’s more that the hotel should be properly rated (it’s rated lower on other apps).

The owners were very friendly. Couldn't turn on shower so no bath that evening. Bed spread and sheet had cigarette hole. Walls and curtains needed to be washed. Not sure what was on them. No ice machine available.

Place was horrible just like every other hotel under this name.... highly dont recommend unless its a budget issue or in my case the other hotel had no vacancy... dirty, creepy, stains, lumpy bed, busted outdated furniture and the only outlet was halfway across the room... avoid avoid avoid... do better

Safe and walkable.

We booked the room just to spend the night. Check in is at 3pm, we got there past midnight and checked in without any issues. Too tired from Grand Canyon to see if there were any issues with room. Hit the bed and fell asleep. Cute little town.

We stayed for a couple of nights. The place wasn’t very clean and there was a gap in the door. They had not restocked the bathroom so we had to request a couple of items. The place was quiet, and it was easy to walk to restaurants. We drove to the Grand Canyon in about an hour.

Great one night stay on the way to the Grand Canyon. Owner was very nice and personable room was very comfortable and had everything that you need. Ice machine and microwave just outside that worked very good. Give them a call before you head to the Grand Canyon or anywhere Along I 40 that has you passing through Williams Williams.

Staff is unkind and worst attitude

For the price, this is an excellent choice not far from anything. Do you want to do or see and the host is quite accommodating. Don’t expect luxury. These are spartan accommodations, but that is what you should expect.

Very outdated motel, very dark inside, we moved the next night

Nice and quiet room with plenty of space for the family.

The only thing good was the price and procimity to Grand Canyon, 1 hour drive out, its decent for 1 night for those trying to save money. The property itself was poor. The bathtub/bathroom was super dirty and small, the room was small, aircon was weak, the beds were small but avg. No ammenaties at all. There were dust and dirt on one side of my bed and overall very dirty.

The room was nasty, it's was very dirty. The floor was very dirty, was dirty on the entry, the corners, around the bed, under the table, the baseboards were too dusty. the blanket was dury. So everything was nasty.I didn’t want to stay there because was terrible 😪. The hotel didn’t refund me nothing I called Hotels.com asking for help but they just gave me $25. So I will never recommend this hotel.

Stayed 1 night. Good value - inexpensive. Area was quiet. Exterior of property was rough. Room was clean and smelled fresh - this mattered most. Bathroom could use some updating. Served its purpose. May stay there again.

Comfortable quiet cool room. Trick to warm water in shower was to turn lever slightly to warm side.
