Service at Azure Beach was impeccable! Special thanks to the staff who accommodated our requests to dine by the pool. Kids were happy to be able to dive back into pool right after dinner. The shower in the deluxe room was unfortunately disappointing as the water pressure is too low.

There are bed bugs inside our room. Absolutely horrible. We stayed at another hotel before coming and we were totally fine until we checked in. Both my wife and I were bitten in the whole body.

Appreciated the customer service and management of the hotel, being considerate of my special medical condition and made exceptional arrangement. I will definitely book this hotel for vacation next time!

The breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are gorgeous with breathtaking views. I've stayed at many nice resorts around the world, but this one is the best.

We were looking for resort with tennis court, so pullman became our choice during our trip. Swimming pool was large enough with calm beach side with enough sun bed. I enjoyed dry and wet sauna located in spa. Staffs were kind and breakfast was good enough. Was free yoga class but too early for me. So couldn't join. Would be great to reconsider yoga class time from 6am to 7am...During holiday, waking up before 6am is too much.... Tennis court was well managed, so we enjoyed our stay!

Surrounding is amazing and room is big and clean. Located beside the beach and they serve good foods. Opposite theres few massage parlour, its a very good and convenient hotel.

The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are abundant. Staying in Pullman was totally fuss free and relaxing.

We were put into a room with a road out side were the traffic noise started at 5am (shortened sleep) and the building has little sound proofing so the noise from the shower in adjacent rooms is loud enough to wake you. When we pointed out the problem to staff the only response we got initially was 'sorry' .... After two sleep interrupted nights they moved us to a room higher up on the 4th floor where we had a queen mattress on a king wooden base so it was easy to knock our shins getting in and out of bed. The manager took pity and offered us a complimentary cocktail and when we went to pay our bill after 6 sleep interrupted night the checkout staff decided to argue with us about the complimentary drinks and would not take them off the bill. Our airport ride turned up so we left. Emails back amd forth about the bill now. Most unsatisfactory.

Resort by the beach. Massage and supermarkets opposite hotel. Beautiful pool and majority of guests are from Korea. Breakfast spread sumptuous. Attentive staff whom remembered our seats and tea served for breakfast!!

Pullman staffs did a good job. We check in early as room available for us after having our welcome drink. Penthouse king suite is really good maintenance and best room ever stay. Went to the beach restaurant AZURA for lunch and dinner on that day, nice food and drink, serve by friendly staffs, also back to have our drinks on that night, the coconut frenzy, cucumber cocktail was nice. Next day breakfast was perfect, lots of variety choices, only a bit warm restaurant busy timing. The private beach, swimming pools, sand and water was well maintenance. We tried in room dining was perfect and super fast of the food delivered to our room, delicious burger and fried rice. Kids club is good place and Childs enjoy the environment with friendly staffs. Overall satisfied with our stay and love it. we would recommend this hotel and surely come back again.

Beautiful property right on My Khe beach with excellent pool, spa, and top-class staff, amenities, and breakfast buffet. 10-15 mins drive to city centre. Would recommend!

We have an awesome stay in the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. It was a birthday trip and we have not mentioned about this. However, they sent us birthday greetings during housekeeping and I was flattered. Direct access to the pool and beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of it. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future!

Although the room was a bit smaller than I expected, the service of this hotel was excellent. I have mentioned that one of the hotel's bed was too hallow (probably the mattress was too old), they then change the mattress the next day so that my mum can have a better sleep. It shows that they do care about their customers. The hotel breakfast was good, but I wish they have more air conditioning there as we sweat while eating there. The greatest feature i think would be the private beach. Its calm and serene and we had a super relaxing afternoon on the beach. I would totally stay in this hotel again if i travel to Da Nang again in the future! Thank you for the great service. Keep up the good work!
