Fint hotell, relativt god frokost. Litt skuffet over 3 mannsrommet. Ble satt inn en ekstra seng på vanlig 2mannsrom. Ble veldig trangt. Fin plassering og gode drinker i baren.

Friendly service at check in and check out, close to public transport, though Riga has some well documented issues with drunk people at night around the station I was well out of earshot with a 3rd floor room, courtyard window & air con. Free wifi was frustratingly slow and kept losing it, but I had issues all over Latvia which surprised me as they have some of the fasted internet speeds in Europe apparently. Free fridge and kettle, ample storage space. Excellent value overall.

I appreciate my stay in tallink riga hotel. Good location, clean room, just breakfast need to be more fresh and better quality. Coffe machine is hirrible, bread and croissants are bad quality........but i have to say at the end that the stuff working in cattering are amazing and hardworkers...i eben fall in love with her smile...maybe her name is anderella or srg like rhat...thanks alot

Thr breakfast was not good with such a price of 18 Euro. Fruit juices are finished 1 hour afrer start of breakfast time and no body recharged them. Limited varity of breads. Fresh fruits were also not enough.
There was no daily cleaning of rooms. It happened every two days. Nobody took care of recharching the complementary tea and sugar in the rooms.

First the hotel has a great location about 10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and also in the other direction from the Old Town. It's undeniably busy - when I took breakfast on my first morning it was quite hard to get a table! The staff were very helpful. My main issue was my room. It hadn't been properly cleaned and there was a used condom under the chair. Not everything in the bathroom worked efficiently either. I'd come back as the pros outweighed the cons and they were very busy.

Pro: straight forward check-in and the screens going over basic info. Good shower pressure. Loved being able to easily adjust the fan in the room. Included morning sauna and (cool temp) jacuzzi time was great. Helpful staff.
Cons: magnetic card so remember to keep it away from your phone. Dead bolt didn’t work for my room. The bed was a soft mattress. (I prefer firm.)

The hotel was clean, room was nice and it had everything what we needed and the beds were so comfortable. +Pillowmenu! Bathroom was modern and pretty.
Breakfast was good and extensive, we especially liked that when you go for breakfast in the last hour, there still was everything and they bring more if needed.
The staff was great, we got the best service. Better than many places I've been.

There was an issue with Bed Bugs in my room. My arm was chewed 25 times as well as my hands had many bites which made my trip very uncomfortable due to the swelling of my arm and hands.

The front desk staff was helpful (especially Markus). I was impressed by how much the chain values good sleep, even to go as far as offering an additional pillow of your choice . But they charge 5 Euros for that service so that probably wouldn't have helped my good sleep.

This was nice and basic hotel. Good rooms but not very nice atmosphere when I look to outside from window. Breakfast was very good and there was much different optional. For gluten free person there wasn't any special but still enough food to eat. A gym was nice. Morning sauna could be better at the evening time.

Hotel is surrounded by buildings and the only side that has street view currently has a construction site in front of it.
If you're happy not to have view onto a construction, then this hotel is surely great and quiet.
My room had windows to the inside and it was very quiet. Just don't forget to close your thick curtains if you do not like being watched.

very clean rooms and comfortable beds, breakfast is also good. But I was confused that there was no water for for drink in the room, I had to go downstairs to buy two small bottles of water for 5 euros, also the sauna and jacuzzi are not available in the evenings, only in the morning

Pretty good hotel in the center of Riga at fair rates. Rooms are pretty good, service great, staff kind and the old town is couple minutes walk away.

Everything was good accept the man who worked wednesday night when we arrived. He was not service-minded at all. We had missed that breakfast was not inkluded, mistake from us. He started to argue about that and could instead have offered us to book breakfast and pay for it. We went to another place to eat because we was so irritated!

Locatio is exelent for all is clouse you can walk or use publictranpotation it is many stop for different direction in Riga nearly hoyel only bad thing was at time to time it smell bad in room from sewer and it take 3 star down from average.

Very nice surprise to find such great level of service and nice design for quite reasonable amount of money in the very center of the city. Very clean, good location, nice people around. quiet sleep, great bed. Breakfast was very good indeed. nice to start a day from such hotel!

Fantastic hotel, it’s certainly the best mid budget hotel in riga, myself and my wife have stayed in quite a few. Hotel is just across the road from Mercure hotel but in my opinion much better. Carpet in superior room, nice modern bathroom, great choice in breakfast and in general the hotel feels new, they have done a great job on their refurb. Next time we stay in Riga, we will be looking to book this hotel over others for price and quality. Morning Jacuzzi and sauna was great too and morning session included within our stay. Fantastic and big thumbs up from us
