The property did not look like the pictures, it was very old and run down.
The bedding and soft decor was very old and tired, the pillows were almost flat.

Freddy & his staff are lovely people. They make you feel so welcome. The peace & serenity is perfect. The veiws and ocean sounds are so relaxing.

It had a private & quite feel. It suited our needs, which is what I look for when booking.

It was nothing like the photograph above. Too small. Bathroom vanity was only big enough for a toothbrush. Nowhere to put items in the bathroom. No Mirror. Floors were dirty. One chair. Booked for 2 nights only stayed one. You get what you pay for I guess.

There is no available wifi and you have to go onto your balcony to get any decent reception on your own device. I'm sure it's fine for a holiday but if you're travelling for business, steer clear

Boat Harbour Apartments were a hidden gem, close to the harbour and only a few minutes drive from Urangan and Pialba. Our apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

The manager was very helpful, booked Fraser Island trip for us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Handy to the boat club and restaurants.

Lovely room but could use a better light in the bathroom.

Great location, walk across to beachfront. The Cabin is made of wood therefore if someone is walking upstairs we can hear quite well otherwise it is a perfect relaxing room. Love how the cabin is right infront of the Pool. Overall i would rate a very relaxing place for a holiday

We enjoyed our stay.We had hoped our room would have a garden view but other than that the room was modern, clean and had all the amenities we required.Our host was very helpful and friendly.

We arrived at about 1830 - reception was closed but there was a note on the door and instructions to find our room, which was appreciated.
The downsides were: a) wifi did not reach the room, hence no internet access; and b) upstairs neighbours ultra noisy at around 0200 and between 0500 and 0700. Another guest started her laundry in the laundry room (adjacent to our room) at about 0630 despite clear indication not to do so before 0900.
In the end we did not have a good night.

The high ceilings in our upper floor room created a lovely spaciousness and room was light and airy. Loved the skylight in the bathroom!
The interior decorating was tasteful and our room had a kitchenette complete with toaster, frypan and saucepans, a stovetop and microwave.
The pool was lovely. The area was comparatively quiet with lovely views. Staff very friendly.
The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own milk, as not much is supplied.

Firstly, great value for money. Excellent studio accommodation, bags of room, great bathroom, comfortable bathroom, private terrace, great amenities. Would definitely stay again

We, unfortunately, could smell cigarette smoke from other guests coming into our room. We had to close our sliding door, which we preferred open for fresh air, but couldn't because of the cigarette smell. Other than this the property was quite nice for the price.

Great location for our 1 night stay as we were booked on a night sail. Also great as there was a washing machine, which was helpful.

We used this place essentially for a jights stay. We did not get the chance to use the amenities however the accommodation was good and the property appeared clean.

Hotel is fine for a 3.5*, but is a bit dated, shower is for a pygmy, and TV is poorly positioned. That said, room was very clean and management were welcoming.

Stayed for a couple of nights, great location, clean & tidy. Oh & a very comfy bed & the pool was very refreshing after a hot drive. Would recommend & would stay again if back up that way again 😊
