Dingy. While bed and sheets were clean many of the room’s amenities - dresser, bedside table - showed signs of damage.

Well, the staff are very friendly! the general area didn't feel safe. The rooms of the hotel are actually quite nice. The restrooms and the hallways however could use some renovation. otherwise, it was alright😊

Best beds ever staying at hotel those beds were amazing, staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast could improve a little but it was good.

The person who checked us in at night and drove us to the airport in the morning was as rude and hateful as anyone I’ve ever talked with. She may have been high. I did not feel safe traveling to the airport in her shuttle. She was almost 10 minutes late picking us up and no acknowledgement of that. Played music so very loud and just about cussed me out when I asked her to turn it down.

Toilet did not flush without taking top off of tank and manually adjusting. Toilet set was covered in urine.

Not only were the beds hard they also had pre reserved crumbs meaning they didn't change the sheets blankets etc.

We got in late and picked this hotel because it was very close to the airport. Everything was old and in need of work. Our room had vinyl plank flooring that seemed a little industrial for a room. The beds were very comfortable and bright white bed sheets. Very soft.

Unsafe place. No security in outside doors. Plumbing on toilet didn’t work. Scary place.

Mold around shower. Broken towel racks and sinks. Spa tub broken. Bed was clean though

Friendly staff. Photos of main entry were clearly altered and didn’t reflect reality. Sad and gross free breakfast. Bathroom was filthy - half used shampoos, mold, cracked and peeling walls, baseboards. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Bathtub drain was clogged. Only redemption was the bedding was clean.

Close to the airport with free parking

No on property parking if you have a long trailer.

Hotel room was in disrepair, no wifi at all, checkin took an hour because they’d thrown a member of housekeeping staff behind the front desk without a trainer after last person walked out. Worth half the price we paid

Ckecked 5 rooms. All smelled of smoke. Did not stay.

My flight into Billings arrived late, so my husband booked a place for me to sleep. This wasn’t the only place available or the cheapest. Every area of this facility was run down, uncared for and Dirty. The bed sheets seemed clean, so I did my best to sleep. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower or walking across the floor with bare feet.

Pictures not even close. The room smelled disgusting like bad chemicals. Stairwell very dark and unlit. Dirty.

I was transferred from one room that was already to another room that was dirty. TV controllers were damaged. Even the toilet was not perfect for the clue. The breakfast area had trash on the floor. No smoking? The staff will not doing work standing right outside the front door smoking

I needed to be close to the airport and an early shuttle. Worked out very Well.

Staff prayed w/ us then kicked us out two days into our 6 day stay so we lost well over 700.00.

Poorly remodeled facility, old fixtures, furniture and carpets dirty, stained towels, water temperature fluctuated with toilets flushing.

Overall, this is an aging property that is operable and kept functional and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. If the local hotel market would support it, it could stand to be refreshed throughout.

The room which was on ground level was left completely open. When we asked if they had any other room they said they didn't. Very old building but I guess we get what we pay for.

Was coming to Billings to participate in a week long Dinosaur dig. I needed to stay a day before due to inconvenient flight schedules. Arrived at airport @ 11:15 pm and called for advertised free 24 hour pick up from Rodeway Inn. It was only a 4 minute drive. Called 10 times with no answer. Desk attendant took phone off hook. He was the only one staff person present. Had to get Uber, they had fantastic service. Checked into room, no lights functioning except for one by table. This was the most disgusting & disturbing hotel! Filthy rugs, cracked sink, filthy air handler, mold around tub, gabs between floor boards that you can trip on. Asked for smoke free room, didn’t matter due to smokers on both sides of my room. I am just glad there were no bedbugs! Don’t understand why the city of Billings doesn’t condemn this hotel! Very GROSS PLACE!

Our stay was horrible we walked into the room and there were crumbs on the ground, no hand soap in the bathroom a used bar of soap in the shower and there was absolutely no hot water for a shower at 6:00am! While I know this is an efficiency hotel, I would have at least expected it to be properly cleaned and prepared for their guests.

I didn't care for any of it the room was old. too much noise I felt unsafe people walking around all night.

Very nice staff. Air conditioning worked great. Toilet was dirty.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Floors and bed were absolutely disgusting. Trash was literally everywhere. Trash was stuck to the back of our door. The television didn't work. Half of our lights didn't work in the room. The toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush. The shower was not clean at all, dirt all over the shower. The door for the bathroom did not shut. We did not have a chair in the room. The furniture was broken. The microwave was absolutely disgusting so we could not use it. Huge criminal activity in the parking area (i know what it looks like, retired cop). The breakfast was a joke, stale donuts and old disgusting food. If we had any other option we would have left, we should have and sleep in the car. Man at the counter has something against cats, and we said screw it and snuck both our cats in, it was so disgusting they wouldn't be able to notice anyways. Don't bother with your response to the message, refund my money is the only way to remotely make up for the terriblly disgusting condition of thos place. Not only will we never stay there again, we will never stay at a Rodeway ever again. We also made a meme in our family, if it is total garbage it is aa "Rodeway". I wouldn't be satisfied staying at this place for free.

This place refused my service dog stating that they needed proof/verification that she's a service dog, even after being shown the laws regarding service animals.

The hotel itself was disgusting. To many people hanging around and it was dirty and run down. I went in the room and left after 5 minutes and checked into another hotel.

The new manager is very nice and takes good care of people coming in

Second dirtiest hotel room I've encountered. Also many things broken down, actually had a washcloth shoved in a hole, broken toilet, dirty, dim hallway.
