We stayed at the Mansion for 2 nights. The pool was ice cold the entire stay, we were told the heater was broken. In the future we will never stay in room 106 again, it is right next to the public restrooms that are open to the public until 8 pm. Which is very noisy and annoying because of all the people. The TV in the room worked the first night but the second night it did not work. The staff gave us $87 dollars off of our 2 night stay, which was $1200. We won’t be going back to this hotel, as there are several others to choose from in the Keys.

The Mansion on the sea is a must stay! It’s absolutely a stunning property, amazing ocean views from allover the property. Right in the heart of Duval street. The Staff were hospitable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this guest house

We wanted to have a few days away to unplug and relax. We spent most of the days in the great pool where we could be in the pool and gaze out at the water. With the palm tree providing filtered sun in the mid afternoon, it was a place I could have stayed for days. The rooms were great and clean. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

Really loved this hotel. The room was quaint but beautiful and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. The staff were very nice and easy to deal with. Also loved the location. Right at the very southernmost end of Duval Street, it was easy to get everywhere we went whether by Uber, golf cart, pedicab or walking. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

An absolutely amazing stay. The hotel manager greeted us by name and took care of every detail, including getting us a table at their amazing cafe. We were greeted every morning, the breakfast and coffee were amazing and the staff was super helpful. The history, culture, and vibe of the hotel made it a truly unique and amazing experience. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back.

We found the customer service at The Mansion on the Sea to be outstanding. They pay attention to detail and offer assistance when needed. We met the owner while there, and that is something you almost never see at corporately run resorts. We would highly recommend and will return again.

What an amazing property! Our room was beautiful, the views were exquisite and the staff was so lovely. We adored our stay here as n room 107 and will definitely only stay at The Mansion on the Sea when we return to Key West.

It was our first time in Key West so we were not sure we’re to stay. We pick the Mansion by the sea from the beautiful pictures. We had a great time and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was amazing and the pool was amazing.

We had a wonderful time at The Mansion. The staff and facilities were great and we will stay here again when we visit Key West. We especially appreciated the breakfast and the staff’s timeliness on a small issue we had in the room. Thank you everyone!

Never having been to the keys we wanted to stay somewhere historic. The Mansion was just that, on a great location. People running this Mansion were great and extremely helpful. We will be back.

This property is full of history and character. The staff helpful and friendly. Not a problem for us but there is no lift/elevator, they offered to take our bags to our room which was on the top floor (UK 2nd/US 3rd). Self serve breakfast provided which was great - plenty of options; fresh fruit, yoghurts, bagels, juice, cereal, pastries. Chilled bottled water available all day. Is at the end of busy Duval St, so during the daytime is quite busy with tourists visiting the cafe adjacent to the residents only pool, but at night was quiet. The hotel was also a participating venue in the Songwriters Festival, so live country music and tourists were present in the afternoon!

Our stay was really amazing. This hotel is a great mix of history, comfort, and the location is perfect. It is a quiet spot just a short walk to all the entertainment.

Did not live up to expectations. Our room was very small and cramped. Ground floor closet was more of a mechanical room as it housed ac, and separate dehumidifier. There is an obvious dampness issue. Huge crack in ceiling plaster right over bed. Cockroaches and little flys appeared on our 3 and final night. I was fooled by the well taken photos of the place as it did not live up to the imagery presented . I’ll refrain from posting my opinion of the owner…. As a seasoned traveler, I would not recommend this place. Poor value for the money

Everything was perfect! They upgraded our room to an Ocean view villa and the room was beautiful! The bedding sheets were soft and comfortable . Parking is available onsite. Area is quiet and mini version breakfast served. Room was clean and well air-conditioned. There’s an on-site restaurant, pool with other shops within walking distant. Highly recommend!

Such a unique bed and breakfast with an amazing location. Pool over looks the Atlantic Ocean right next to the Southern Most Point. Quiet end of Duval but walkable to all to do. VERY friendly staff.
