They have done an amazing service. I booked for my birthday and they done a room upgrade with a pool. They also brought in a little cake with a candle. The room was cleaned daily, room attendant friendly and attention to detail ( regarding water they always left us 1 or 2 bottles extra) , reception team amazing and hands on to help. Location of the hotel is perfect around 10/15 min walk to bangla road , the beach is less than 5 min walk and not too noise area.

Overall a very nice hotel, the service at the hotel was excellent, the food I ordered several times was excellent and also at good prices relative to the quality food the hotel provided. The unit had hot water, it constantly changed from hot to cold and it was not possible to take a shower with hot water properly.

Booked last minute and paid more than $250 a night so very poor value for money

Really loved my stay at The Nap Patong!
-Great location at the heart of Patong: the beach is just a stone’s throw away, and the trendy area (malls, dining, bars) is but a 5-10 minute walk. There is a convenience store just across the street, and despite being in a central location, the vicinity is quiet.
-Staff are really warm, friendly and helpful
-Room is clean, comfortable and cosy; I believe each room has an attached balcony which is really great for relaxing and lounging
-Breakfast is great!
-Hotel also offers transfer services to and from the airport which is a great bonus; reservation fees are reasonable and not beyond a typical taxi fare

We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in the central area of Patong. The room was relatively large, in my opinion a good hotel and justifies the high score it received, we took a room with access to the pool, this pool is very small and you cannot swim in it. And in conclusion: those who are looking for a reasonable hotel to spend their vacation in, the hotel does meet the needs

I had a super nice stay at The Nap Patong. The Hotel is located in a quiet street close to the beach, staff is super friendly and warm, and rooms are large and modern.
Be aware that the cheapest rooms faces the wall from the opposite building just 3 meters away, so if you want a nice view you need to book a better room.
Would I stay here again? Yes - but I would choose a better room categori with a view to the pool.

The room was nice but the lighting was very dim. The air conditioner made the room feel damp all the time. The fridge was not really cold and didn't have a freezer compartment.
The room was in good condition and the hotel facilities were good. The hotel is in a good position close to Patong Beach.

Hotel is in a great location and has great amenities. Staff are fantastic what more can I say. Awesome place, absolutely recommend.

We book daylight room and AtriumPool Villa. We thought AtriumPool Villa is with private pool, however, it is actually shared pool with other 4 villa. We think the price for Daylight room is worth for money, however, it is way too expensive for AtriumPool Villa.

As a mature couple (Late 60's), we loved the private and quietness of the hotel. The staff were always courteous and friendly. We were so glad we picked Nap Patong from an online search because after we got to Phuket and saw some of the other hotels we saw online,
they seemed too large and impersonal and noisy. We will always return to this hotel if we have the opportunity.

had a free room upgrade from Moonlight Deluxe to Bluemoon Suite. Large room with great view, maybe a bit loud when it is raining heavily because it is on the top floor. Staff is exceptional, very friendly, everything is clean. Breakfast also has some vegan options but not as many as non-vegans and food changes daily ;) Asked for non-dairy milk and they have some almond drink! The gym could use some AC, but at least there is a ventilator. The pool is also awesome and the the location is perfect, only 5min walk to the beach.

Nice property in a nice location, I was a solo traveler and it is secure to walk around, there are many convenience stores and also one block away from the beach and main restaurants street.
The personeel was nice all the time.

We stayed in Nap Paton for over a week and we had a great time.
Front desk manager (Jane) was fantastic.
Rooms were spotless and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast has lots of options too, which was great.

Location of the property is excellent. The staff is nice. No one really went above and beyond. The food is OK. You’re not gonna eat something and tell yourself that you have to have it again. My room was extremely spacious. Comfortable. Decor felt very basic. No pictures in the room at all. Some kind of wood designs behind the bed. Very white and wood basic. I’m a side sleeper. So the bed was extremely hard for me. Like I said. Everything was OK.

Staff were friendly. Although they didn't have dairy free options for breakfast and seemed annoyed when I requested and some days they didn't have any options.
Rooms were ok but could tell they needed some love. Was a little run down but great location so overall good!

The staff are wonderful at Nap Patong. The room are lovely and clean. The pool was beautiful and I enjoyed many hours of lounging around the pool.

Hotel is in good location but rooms are small and breakfast is ok but feels crammed. If in the other wing its inconvenient to get to the pool.

I booked a queen bed, but they just put two double bed together. The bed ends up very long, not comfortable for couple.

This was a great place to stay. The only issue I had was the shower temperature was difficult to control. There's a too hot setting, the next setting down is freezing cold. There's no in between. It's not something they are going to fix.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was overall very clean and modern place. The pool was comfortable, the buffet was good. The mattresses were firm and somewhat hard. The shower has good pressure but at certain times of day the temperature was inconsistent. Not a big deal but something to consider. Overall the place was very clean but in the shower grout there was a few speckles of mold but that may be due to just the humidity. Overall I still recommend this as a place to stay. It is on a nice street that is walkable to both the beach and bangla road.

Excellent location, service from all staff is unbeatable, as they make you feel very welcome. We stayed in a room with a small pool and balcony, which was very clean and refreshing.
The hotel is just a 2 minute walk to Patong beach and the area near the hotel had a lot of amazing restaurants and shopping.
We would highly recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Patong!
