Didn't realize it was a long stay hotel, so there were some ... interesting characters in the lobby. Lots of children, not that there's anything wrong with that, just wasn't the hotel feel I was expecting - everything was fine.

Great customer service but nosy due to dog barking in adjacent room throughout the night. Rough crowd of people and could hear people outside smoking and talking late into night.

I liked how spacious the room was. Didn’t like how hot the hallways were or the lobby. The bathroom sink taps were loose and the clothes hanger on the bathroom door was falling off.

Room was ok surprised it had a full fridge which was nice. However the shower is horrible, leaked from true tap no pressure it was not super. Cleaning staff cleaned bathroom after 1 night even after the guy said we needed to call for service. They left a towel over the tub when I took the towel down several bugs came out of the fresh towel. It really grossed me out for the rest of our stay.

The man was super friendly but our room not so good. Bath tub didnt work so my child couldnt take a bath, the air conditioner blew cold air but didnt cool the room down and the pullout couch only came out so far so couldnt use it. Told front desk but they didnt fix the bed. Thought they fixed the tub but it wouldnt hold water.

The beds were fine,the couch in the room is not comfortable at all. There is no place to relax in the room except for lying down. No comfortable chair, just a chair by the desk. I wouldn't stay here again. There is a kitchen but not even 2 chairs for people to sit on for eating.

The room was okay but the fridge wasn’t working and we went to the front desk many times also the air conditioner was not working very well. Overall I am very disappointed. They finally offered us a different room on our second last night.

The property is a bit tired but suited our needs for a one night stay. Staff was great!

It was very close to the Airport, the staff were very nice, helpful and considerate to our needs.

When arrived at 6PM there was no one around outside, I had to catch a taxi to airport at 3:30AM and there was some scarry people hanging around front entrance. Also 2 people coming in and looked like they were using the Elevator. I did not expect to see this much action around front of motel. I was nervous.

It looked like the cleaners didn’t do a thorough job, only a few tissue was left in the box, stain on the toilet seat, and the packed soap in the shower was all mushed up!
Breakfast was very essential not meet my expectation for what I paid.

Cleanliness was not the greatest. The bed was comfortable and it was what I really needed after a long day of traveling..

Stay was good but the air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there . Service came up and got it going . Handles on the bathtub were pulled off and not fixed properly. Elevator smelled like Weed

Our Fairview Aircraft Restoration Society aircrew stayed here after a long day in the WW11 Canso & just loved the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, the tv, big washroom and hot water showers
