I ha sraayed at the property a couple of times because of its great location. It's spacious and very adequate. However, the floor in the room was particularly dirty (as if it hadn't been mopped in months). The other quibble i had was the A/C system. It's old, inefficient and very noisy, and it should be replaced by more eco-friendly options.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. I was looking for more than what they offered for breakfast. I guess I didn’t read up on the reviews before booking.

The stay was pleasant. The breakfast was ok…no protein!
The location was perfect for what we had to do!

Worst breakfast offering I have ever seen! Awful! No protein! Cream cheese with NO BAGELS! We need to take medication with breakfast, we had to leave the property to get a meal adequate enough to take our morning vitamins. Ridiculous!
Room was nice and well appointed. Orange is my least favorite color, but it wasn't over the top. GREAT view!! Not the best area though...the homeless issue is a MAJOR issue.

The size of the rooms was perfect, and the commodities were a great help. The look of the library in front was also a great plus to the hotel.

The room had a strange smell (though at least it was like a cleaner), the TV was on the fritz, and I could not figure out the shower, or it was broken. The bed an A/C were great though. Breakfast was also disappointing.

This was my first time at the this hotel and i loved it! The room was nice and spacious. I didnt expect a nice suite. The only real problem i had was the water pressure at the bathroom and it had a certain smell. It was tough to shower at times. But other than that, all good!

The staff were nice and helpful but overall if I wasn’t only looking for a place to sleep while in town for a convention I would’ve definitely chosen elsewhere the breakfast was laughable ramen cups 😂 dried throw up all over the elevator doors black mold in the bathroom and a roach that welcomed me in the shower as I was getting in was quite interesting to say the least

Room was decent. I got the 2 bedroom unit and it worked out for us. Parking lot was small. Not sure why they charged $16 for parking. Don’t know if someone else mentioned it but, the breakfast is cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and pastries. Don’t think it’s worth the mid week rate I paid IMO.

Check in desk is behind thick, bullet proof glass. That should have been my first hint…
Rickety elevator ride to the fourth floor and when we stepped out we were met with a heavy urine smell. Quickly went into the room to get away from the stench outside and the room had a thick funky smell. Like chemicals trying to cover up other smells and not succeeding.
Bottom line - gross hotel, the pictures are completely fabricated and do not reflect reality at this property.

This is a great hotel for a very reasonable price. We came up for a convention, so the hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are soooo comfortable. We loved everything about this place and will stay here again.

The staff was nice and the hotel is decent. Breakfast options were limited, but you get what you pay for. The area has a lot of restaurants and is close to Caltech and some other Pasadena highlights. The view of the foothills is gorgeous! Pool is nice enough and there are room service options if you like. The room was great with a personal air conditioner, amenities (fridge, freezer, microwave, etc), and was pretty clean. I'd stay again.

Checking in was very easy. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very friendly.

Really good budget hotel. The staff were exceptional and friendly. We kept finding ways to lose or demagnetize keys and they never once made a fuss. The towels and linens were changed every day and it wasn’t an additional service to schedule. Would stay here again when coming through Pasadena.

Great inn for the room rate. Staff was friendly. Room was very functional. Nothing to complain about. Will stay again in the future. Walking distance to Caltech campus was plus.

I stayed here for an event at the Pasadena Convention Center. The room was clean and quiet, and there was good parking available. The staff was very friendly as well. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Fortunately, there are plenty of places nearby to grab a bite to eat.
